It may have looked like the Texas Motor Speedway, but the organizer said it all the earmarks of the birth of “a new Jesus movement.”

With 90,000 young people filling the race track and 13,000 from 89 countries watching by live stream last week, that was how “Together 2018” felt to him and others present, according to Nick Hall. He called it the beginning of “a new Jesus movement.”

“Together 2018” was the work of Hall, founder of a group called PULSE, which partnered with more than 1,000 churches nationwide to make it happen – featuring major musical artists like Jesus Culture, Bethel Music and Lecrae and speakers including Francis Chan and Ravi Zacharias.

It was hardly the only hint of another Jesus Revolution under way – in America and around the world.

Earlier this month, Franklin Graham held a revival meeting in Monterrey, Mexico, where 16,000 packed an auditorium to hear the gospel.

“I told the full house at Arena Monterrey that there was nothing more valuable than a soul. Your soul lives inside your body and when your body dies, your soul will live forever in one of two places — heaven or hell,” he said. “Your soul’s destination depends on whether you accept or reject Jesus Christ during this life. It’s the most important decision you will ever make. The Bible tells us, ‘For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? (Mark 8:36).’ I’m thankful for the power of the Gospel and that many souls were saved this evening.”

Also, this month, at Liberty College in Louisiana 100 students were moved to turn their lives over the Jesus in a response the president of the college said he had never seen before.

“In my near 32 years in Christian higher education, I have never seen such a response to the Gospel,” said President Rick Brewer. “Despite peer pressure and their concerns about lunchtime, 100 of our students decided to get serious with God.”

Then there was Dare2Share that took place Oct. 13 – a nationwide effort involving 97 cities from Fairbanks and including Puerto Rico.

“We just believe it’s time for revival,” Dare2Share founder Greg Stier told CBN News from his home in Colorado. “We believe there’s a generation of teenagers that want to be about a cause. And the ultimate cause is the Gospel of Jesus Christ.”

Last month there was “Tent American 2018,” a week in which tens of thousands of Christians prayed at state capitals across the United States – for healing the nation and to celebrate the works God is doing.

Is something happening here like what happened in 1971?

Greg Laurie was a confused and troubled teen who heard the gospel preached one day. Two years later, he was preaching in churches. He sees many similarities between what was happening in the mid-1960s and what swept through the nation within five years.

“I was a 17-year-old kid. I was using drugs every single day. I was going in the wrong direction in my life,” until one day he fell upon a Bible study outside of his high school and decided to listen in. “I sat down close enough to eavesdrop on what was being said.”

Laurie remembered hearing someone make a statement of truth that changed the course of his life right there. One of the Bible study attendees said, “Jesus said, ‘You’re for me, or against me.’”

“I did not want to be against Jesus,” he said.

Laurie asked himself if his lifestyle was against Jesus and came to the realization that it was. Laurie gave his life to Christ that day.

Laurie remembers the violence and the upheaval of Vietnam, the assassinations of John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King Jr. and Robert F. Kennedy, the sexual revolution, the drug culture mantra of “tune in, turn on, drop out.”

“There was such chaos taking place in the culture, so Time magazine does this cover story, ‘Is God Dead?’” Laurie recalls. “Fast forward a few years later and Time’s got a new cover in psychedelic colors that says ‘The Jesus Revolution.’”

Laurie, who founded Harvest Fellowship and crusades around the world, was there early in that Jesus Revolution and would love to see another great harvest of souls to rival it.

He’s optimistic it can happen – and, in fact, is around the world in different places all the time. A prolific author of the more than 30 books has a new one out now titled, aptly, “Jesus Revolution.”

So is Michael Brown, an author and a national talk-radio host. He, like so many others, was smitten with Jesus in 1971.

“When I came to faith in Jesus in 1971 as a heroin-shooting, LSD-using, 16-year-old, Jewish, hippie rock drummer, I had no idea I was part of a worldwide spiritual happening known as the Jesus People Movement or Jesus Revolution. It even merited a cover story on Time Magazine, June 21, 1971,” he wrote last year.

“Interestingly, Jewish young people made up a conspicuously high number of these newly born-again hippies and rebels and radicals in the late 1960s and early 1970s.”

He also notes the return of “turbulent times again, with America deeply divided and radical student movements on the rise. And while it is true that many millennials are dropping out of organized religion, they are still on a spiritual search.”

Laurie says that search must be grounded.

“Let’s not sacrifice the Gospel for coolness … what this generation needs is not more cool stuff, they need Jesus Christ,” he said. “They need to know what the Bible says and they need it in a way that they can understand it.”
Laurie continued, “Our country was born in revival and we need another spiritual revival in America,” he said. “God can do it again, and we pray that He will.”

ABC Anchor Launches Sermon Streaming Service

Dan Abrams, founder of Mediaite and ABC News’ chief legal correspondent, is launching a new streaming network called Ambo TV, which will stream live Christian sermons.

The outlet’s name, according to a report from The Hill, is a synonym for “pulpit” and its mission is “dedicated to broadcasting Christian sermons with an in-studio discussion.”

Live programming is slated to begin in November and will feature simultaneous back-to-back sermons on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as commentary throughout the day, according to a statement from the start-up company.

Ambo TV already has a lineup of partners, including Victory Church in Tulsa and the multi-site Fresh Light Church, which is based in Montana and led by pastor Levi Lusko.

“The network will be hosted out of the newly built Abrams Media studios in Herald Square in New York City, and viewers will be able to engage with other viewers in a live-chat feature through the programs,” the statement continued.

Eventually, Abrams would like to expand Ambo TV to broadcast throughout the week, not just on Saturdays and Sundays.

Brooke Girley, a graduate of Yale Divinity School, will lead the streaming network, according to Mediaite. She described the the new service as an “inspirational network for younger Christians” that is “long overdue.”

“Ambo TV will allow viewers to watch compelling sermons, in real time, from pastors of my generation and discuss them with other viewers from around the world,” she said. “This is the type of network many of us have been waiting for, and I’m thrilled to be a part of creating it.”

Catholic saint-finding game ‘Follow JC Go!’ wants to rival Pokemon Go

Pokemon Go, the wildly successful mobile game, has been downloaded around 800 million times and scooped over $2bn (£1.5bn) in revenue since 2016.

Figures like that were always going to spawn some imitators.

But the latest–the Catholic Church (followers: 1.2 billion)–might come as a surprise to many.

“Follow JC Go!”, a Christian take on the game, lets players “catch” saints or Bible characters, instead of the little Japanese monsters.

The game is the brainchild of Fundación Ramón Pané, a Catholic evangelical group, which made it in preparation for World Youth Day 2019, a Catholic youth event taking place in Panama in January.

As with Pokemon Go, the game uses the player’s smartphone camera to take in their surroundings, then superimposes digital characters. But you’re more likely to find Saint Peter than Pikachu.

Players progress through the game by answering religious quiz questions when they “meet” a saint–like attributing a quote from the Bible. So Moses might ask the player, “Was it me who said: ‘My God, my God, why have your forsaken me?” If they get it right, the character will join their e-team (or Evangelisation Team).

Players can also collect virtual water, food and “spirituality” to contribute to their in-game health.

The game encourages real-world worship by prompting the user to stop and pray if they pass a church. Or in a hospital, they might be urged to say a prayer for the sick. Players can also donate to charity through the app.

Follow JC Go! launched in Spanish on 19 October, and Italian, English and Portuguese versions are expected in the coming weeks. Its creators say the goal is to teach players of all ages about the Catholic faith.

Though the app wasn’t made by the Vatican high command, the Pope is alleged to be a fan.

“You know, Francis is not a very technological person, but he was in awe, he understood the idea, what we were trying to do: combine technology with evangelization,” Ricardo Grzona, executive director of Fundación Ramón Pané, told Catholic news site Crux Now.

The site reports that 43 designers, theologians, Bible experts, and Church historians have poured 32,000 work hours into the app since August 2016. It was reportedly financed with $500,000 of sponsorship and private donations.

On the Google store, early Android phone users have given the app a less-than-heavenly 3.2 stars out of five.

One reviewer, JR SV, commented: “The best app I have on the phone, I feel happy to follow the path of the Lord from my smartphone.”

Another (perhaps less seriously), gave it one star, mourning: “I wanted to burn heretics, but it wasn’t possible.”

Ireland votes to oust ‘medieval’ blasphemy law

Decision is latest in ‘quiet revolution’ of seismic social and political changes in the country

Campaigners in Ireland celebrated the end of a “medieval” ban on blasphemy on Saturday, after voters overwhelmingly backed removing the offence from the constitution in a referendum.

The referendum saw 64.85% vote yes to remove the prohibition on blasphemy, with 35.15% in favour of retaining it. A total of 951,650 people voted for the change, with 515,808 opposing the move. The decision on a turnout of 43.79%, was the latest reflection of seismic social and political changes in Ireland, which the taoiseach, Leo Varadkar, has described as a “quiet revolution”.

“It means that we’ve got rid of a medieval crime from our constitution that should never have been there,” said Michael Nugent, chairperson of Atheist Ireland, which had campaigned for years to have blasphemy taken out of the constitution.

Voters also returned president Michael D. Higgins to office, giving the 77-year-old poet and human rights campaigner another seven-year term by a comfortable margin.

Until recently, Ireland was deeply conservative, dominated by the Catholic church, but the country has legalised gay marriage and abortion in popular votes, and is now led by an openly gay taoiseach.

Reflecting the speed of changes in Ireland, the strongest support for ending the ban came from younger voters, exit polls suggested. Four in five voters under 35 backed the change, according to the Irish Times, while over-65s only approved it by a narrow margin, with 52% in favour and 48% against.

The government had already laid out legislation to remove the offence of blasphemy from the constitution and all relevant laws, should the referendum be passed.

It has been over 150 years since anyone was prosecuted for blasphemy in Ireland, but the country had passed a blasphemy law in 2009.

Three years ago, Irish police investigated comments made by comedian Stephen Fry on TV, when he described God as “capricious”, “mean-minded”, and an “utter maniac”. They ultimately dropped the case, deciding that not enough people had been outraged.

Poor turnout slightly undermined the celebrations, with only around 45% of eligible voters casting a ballot, potentially the lowest ever recorded for a presidential vote.

But Nugent said the premlinary result, if confirmed, would be another important step towards realigning national laws with contemporary Irish life.

“The population has moved on, [people are] no longer controlled by the Catholic church, but a lot of the laws that were put in place are still there,” he added. “We have to chip away at them and get the state to catch up with the people.”

Thousands of Islamist protesters have brought Pakistan to a standstill, burning rickshaws, cars and lorries to protest against the acquittal of a Christian woman who spent eight years on death row on false charges of blasphemy.

Traffic jams held up ambulances and forced mothers to feed their babies by the side of the road, while authorities shut schools across most of the country.

Footage from the protests shows anti-blasphemy campaigners clubbing and throwing shoes at posters of Pakistan’s chief justice and the new prime minister, Imran Khan, who on Wednesday night threatened a fierce government response if protesters did not disperse.

“We are ready to sacrifice our lives for this noble cause,” one told the Guardian, “and have rejected whatever rubbish the prime minister said in his speech”.

The landmark release of Asia Bibi, a 47-year-old farm labourer, has pitched the state into the latest of several battles with supporters of Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP), a rabid, fast-growing political party that exists solely to punish blasphemers. Asia was charged with insulting the prophet Muhammad after she drank from a cup of water before passing it to Muslim fruit-pickers.

Police have so far shied away from arresting protesters and the powerful armed forces, which often appear to align with Islamists, have yet to issue a statement, despite TLP leaders daring to call for mutiny in its ranks.

On Thursday, rightwing religious organisations, including Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JUD), a charity founded by UN-designated terrorist Hafiz Saeed, and the Jamaat-Ulema-e-Islam, announced that they would join the TLP protest on Friday, in what could become an unmanageable conflagration.

The new government of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) appeared to backtrack on Thursday evening, sending a five-member negotiating team to meet Khadim Hussain Rizvi, the leader of the TLP. Government officials released contradictory statements on whether they had placed Asia on the exit control list, which would prevent her fleeing the country.

In public speeches, Rizvi has said his only demand is that the mother-of-five be put to death, the punishment for blasphemy under Pakistan’s penal code. “Our sit-in will go on until the government accepts our demand,” he told the Guardian in a phone interview, denying reports that the sit-in would soon be over.

Imran Khan is scheduled to return on 5 November from a diplomatic visit to China, Pakistan’s oldest ally. Liberals hope that the prime minister, who echoed the TLP’s rhetoric on the campaign trail and has already backed down before the group, will stick to his newfound principles under the most severe test of a turbulent first 10 weeks in power.

“It’s up in the air,” said analyst Fasi Zaka. “You still get the feeling they are figuring out what to do.”

West Virginia Democrat Candidate Is Former Witchcraft Cult Leader

Lissa Lucas, a Democratic candidate for the West Virginia House of Delegates, has been hailed a “hero” by the media. Her campaign has enjoyed tremendous success, receiving around $90,000 in donations — more than five times that of Republican incumbent Del. Jason Harshbarger.

But amid the widespread coverage Lucas has received in the wake of her viral public testimony that resulted in her being kicked out of the state House earlier this year, none of the reports mention a rather intriguing piece of trivia: she’s a former Wiccan cult leader.

According to a recently published investigation by The Daily Caller News Foundation, Lucas didn’t just dabble in the occult — she’s written multiple books on the topic of spells, and once upon a time, she was one of the highest ranking members of the Wiccan cult.

As a third-level Wiccan leader, Lucas instructed lower-level witches in pagan rituals and spells. She published two books under the pen name Llysse Wylle, and both her Facebook and Twitter accounts still use the handle “@LlysseWylle.”

According to the Daily Caller, the author description for Lucas’ 2007 book, “The Art of Magic Words,” details her experience as a witch.

“Llysse Smith Wylle has been Pagan for many years and Wiccan for seven,” it reads. “She is a member of the Third Circle of the Tradition of Universal Eclectic Wicca; she also teaches and coordinates its First Circle degree via the Coven of the Far Flung Net.”

“For a number of years, she has studied Chaos and other magical techniques privately, as well as with a small esoteric study society called the Order of the Golden Breath,” it continues.

The book was published by Ground Mark Press in Cairo, West Virginia — the town where Lucas lives and is running her political campaign. Her author description notes that she and her husband live on a “beautiful, secluded” property in the town. Lucas’ campaign page also includes personal information about her beloved 45-acre farm, but makes no mention of her heavy involvement in pagan witchcraft.

Lucas co-authored a second work, an academic textbook on Wiccan practices titled, “Wicca 334: Further Advanced Topics in Wiccan Belief,” which was published in January 2008.

“I’m a regular person,” she notes on her campaign page, “just a regular person who got so disgusted with money in politics that, despite being an introvert, I’m running for office.”

In an email to The Daily Caller News Foundation, Lucas expressed frustration over opponent Jason Harshbarger’s alleged criticism of her spiritual practices.

“I think what really bugs me about my opponent’s attacks on my spirituality is that for that kind of attack to be an effective political strategy, he has to have presumed that the people of this district are religious bigots, and they’re just not,” she wrote.

“I don’t like that he views them that way,” Lucas added. “They’re good, kind, hard-working people who love their neighbors. In small towns and rural areas we love and stand up for each other, period.”

The Democrat candidate did not respond to a follow-up email asking whether she remains a practicing Wiccan.

Tech Tyranny: Conservative Christian Site Blacklisted by Web Host

Is being Christian and robustly conservative now against tech companies’ terms of service? It increasingly seems so. A good example is the report that the pro-life, pro-family LifeSiteNews.com was recently blacklisted by its hosting company and given only 12 hours to find a new one — or risk being offline.

LifeSite is a Christian entity that covers a range of issues, with special focus on life, family, and the sexual devolution. Frequent readers also may recognize it as a site from which I sometimes quote. As for its problems, LifeSite reportedOctober 27:

This is extremely urgent. I need to inform you that LifeSite just received an email at 8:30 p.m. EST from our web-hosting company alerting us that they will be taking our website down within 12 hours, if not sooner.

They wrote: “we are implementing our ‘SUSPENSION OF SERVICES’ clause...and giving you 12 hours notice to move your web site operations off of our servers..."

We received absolutely no forewarning whatsoever about this decision.

LifeSite doesn’t mention the hosting company’s name, but according to the former’s DNS record and an LGBT-activist blog (which I won’t publicize by linking to), it’s San Francisco-based Cloudflare.

While LifeSite covers many issues, it was, unsurprisingly, focus on homosexuality that got it in trouble. In particular, the news organ explains, “The [hosting] company told LifeSite it is acting in response to a months-long campaign of complaints against us by Adam Flanders. Flanders is a convicted sex abuser and homosexual activist who is angered over our reports exposing him and his past.”

LifeSite continues, writing that Flanders “has already succeeded in taking down other pro-family websites by targeting their server companies.” For example, the site related in September that the “entire website for Americans For Truth About Homosexuality (AFTAH.org) was shut down for more than two weeks beginning August 24 after … Flanders … threatened a lawsuit against FirstLight Fiber, the Internet Service Provider (ISP) for AFTAH’s web host company. Flanders claimed his mugshot photo from a 2006 assault arrest against a minor boy was ‘copyrighted’ material.”

According to AFTAH founder Peter LaBarbera, Flanders “pleaded guilty in 2008 to ‘Sexual Abuse of a Minor’ involving a boy aged 14 or 15” and had sexual relations with a 14-year-old lad when he was 18. He’s in Maine’s and California’s sex-offender registries, and his registry pages are found hereand here, according to LifeSite.

In a Sunday morning update, LifeSite reported that its web developer spent all night working and ensured that the site would remain online. However, the news organ states that it’s only a temporary solution and that it’s currently searching for another hosting company.

Tech-company censorship/squelching of traditionalist dissent is nothing new. Facebook’s cancelling/suppression of conservative pages, Twitter’s “shadowbanning” and closing of conservatives’ accounts, and Google’s leftist manipulation of search results are already well known. Moreover, big tech appears to be intensifying its censorship efforts to sway the midterm elections.

Yet there’s something even more ominous here. Consider: Drawing parallels with our time, LifeSite’s Jonathon van Maren pointed out in a 2015 piece that, counterintuitively, Cold War-era Hungarian communists didn’t outlaw Christianity. But they did enforce a certain standard:

“You could either be a Christian — or you could be successful.”

(The same can increasingly be said of being conservative today.)

We’ve seen this already in North America. Examples include:

• Christian bakers and other businessmen punished — and sometimes forced to shut down — because they refused to service so-called same-sex weddings;

• efforts to force doctors to perform abortions and provide contraception;

• efforts to deny Christian colleges accreditation or prevent their law-school graduates from practicing law;

• laws mandating that adoption agencies — including Christian ones — must place children with same-sex couples;

• California’s erstwhile prohibition against judges participating in the Boy Scouts organization; and

• hate-speech laws in Canada (among other places) used to punish those expressing certain Christian moral positions.

Obviously, if it’s impossible for faithful Christians to enter certain fields or earn a living if they exercise (a word referencing action) their religion — guaranteed under the First Amendment — they won’t enter those fields or earn a living. This is how you disempower a class of people.

As van Maren points out, this extends to politics in Canada where, increasingly, the Christian view of life is a disqualifier from holding office. He writes that this is “a clever tactic, and a dangerous one, as it gives Christians less and less control over their own futures.”

To paraphrase what follows, “If fewer Christians enter politics, our voice in government grows quieter. If fewer Christians enter the field of medicine, the entire field suffers. And if organizations like Legal Leaders for Diversity have their way, there will be far fewer Christian lawyers — which means that as Christians increasingly need legal assistance to defend their dwindling religious freedoms, they will have fewer lawyers to rely on.”

And as Christian/conservative voices are banished from the public square by big (and little) tech, we’ll have fewer opportunities to speak out against the above.

By the way, illustrating tech-company manipulation, I searched for van Maren’s article based on memory using certain terms. His piece was nowhere to be found on Google’s first three pages (and few users go beyond the second page). So I then pasted the same terms into search engine DuckDuckGo.com — van Maren’s article was the very first result. This again underlines how, as I’ve explained, Google is no longer truly a search engine. It’s a propaganda engine.

As for this suppression of speech and beliefs, many will reflexively say there should just be “freedom of expression” with all points of view heard. Yet it’s not that simple.

Our First Amendment only protects against government trampling of speech, and most of the entities effecting this censorship are private. Yet the point almost universally missed is that while you may avoid government laws suppressing speech, social laws are a different matter: All civilizations censor the tongue in some way.

Years ago, for instance, there was a strong social prohibition against using foul language around women and children, and we’ve long had indecency laws. Moreover, espousing ideas considered heretical got you in trouble not just in medieval Europe but in colonial America, where you could be scorned and ostracized. In ancient Greece, philosopher Socrates was convicted and later executed for corrupting the young and “mocking the gods.” And in the 1950s United States, being an avowed Marxist or Nazi meant you couldn’t be successful.

So it’s not a matter of whether we’ll have socially enforced speech codes, but only of what they will be — and, most significantly, of what is censored. Are lies shamed and banished?

Or is the Truth?

It’s clear what is increasingly being banished today. But seldom understood is why: Conservatives fight for political power at election time.

But they generally fail to fight for cultural power anytime.

As philosopher G.K. Chesterton put it, “All conservatism is based upon the idea that if you leave things alone you leave them as they are. But you do not. If you leave a thing alone you leave it to a torrent of change.”

The rule, simply, is that if you don’t control the culture, the culture controls you. To be tolerant of evil is to be visited with, and vanquished by, the intolerable.

SAN FRANCISCO — The people who are closest to a thing are often the most wary of it. Technologists know how phones really work, and many have decided they don’t want their own children anywhere near them.

A wariness that has been slowly brewing is turning into a regionwide consensus: The benefits of screens as a learning tool are overblown, and the risks for addiction and stunting development seem high. The debate in Silicon Valley now is about how much exposure to phones is O.K.

“Doing no screen time is almost easier than doing a little,” said Kristin Stecher, a former social computing researcher married to a Facebook engineer. “If my kids do get it at all, they just want it more.”

Ms. Stecher, 37, and her husband, Rushabh Doshi, researched screen time and came to a simple conclusion: they wanted almost none of it in their house. Their daughters, ages 5 and 3, have no screen time “budget,” no regular hours they are allowed to be on screens. The only time a screen can be used is during the travel portion of a long car ride (the four-hour drive to Tahoe counts) or during a plane trip.

There is a looming issue Ms. Stecher sees in the future: Her husband, who is 39, loves video games and thinks they can be educational and entertaining. She does not.

“We’ll cross that when we come to it,” said Ms. Stecher, who is due soon with a boy.

Some of the people who built video programs are now horrified by how many places a child can now watch a video.

Asked about limiting screen time for children, Hunter Walk, a venture capitalist who for years directed product for YouTube at Google, sent a photo of a potty training toilet with an iPad attached and wrote: “Hashtag ‘products we didn’t buy.’”

Athena Chavarria, who worked as an executive assistant at Facebook and is now at Mark Zuckerberg’s philanthropic arm, the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, said: “I am convinced the devil lives in our phones and is wreaking havoc on our children.”

“On the scale between candy and crack cocaine, it’s closer to crack cocaine,” Mr. Anderson said of screens.

Technologists building these products and writers observing the tech revolution were naïve, he said.

“We thought we could control it,” Mr. Anderson said. “And this is beyond our power to control. This is going straight to the pleasure centers of the developing brain. This is beyond our capacity as regular parents to understand.”

He has five children and 12 tech rules. They include: no phones until the summer before high school, no screens in bedrooms, network-level content blocking, no social media until age 13, no iPads at all and screen time schedules enforced by Google Wifi that he controls from his phone. Bad behavior? The child goes offline for 24 hours.

“I didn’t know what we were doing to their brains until I started to observe the symptoms and the consequences,” Mr. Anderson said.

John Lilly, a Silicon Valley-based venture capitalist with Greylock Partners and the former C.E.O. of Mozilla, said he tries to help his 13-year-old son understand that he is being manipulated by those who built the technology.

“I try to tell him somebody wrote code to make you feel this way — I’m trying to help him understand how things are made, the values that are going into things and what people are doing to create that feeling,” Mr. Lilly said. “And he’s like, ‘I just want to spend my 20 bucks to get my Fortnite skins.’”

And there are those in tech who disagree that screens are dangerous. Jason Toff, 32, who ran the video platform Vine and now works for Google, lets his 3-year-old play on an iPad, which he believes is no better or worse than a book. This opinion is unpopular enough with his fellow tech workers that he feels there is now “a stigma.”

“One reaction I got just yesterday was, ‘Doesn’t it worry you that all the major tech execs are limiting screen time?’” Mr. Toff said. “And I was like, ‘Maybe it should, but I guess I’ve always been skeptical of norms.’ People are just scared of the unknown.”

“It’s contrarian,” Mr. Toff said. “But I feel like I’m speaking for a lot of parents that are afraid of speaking out loud for fear of judgment.”

He said he thinks back to his own childhood growing up watching a lot of TV. “I think I turned out O.K.,” Mr. Toff said.

Pakistan’s Islamist party says judges who acquitted Christian woman ‘deserve death’

A hard-line Islamist party in Pakistan has called for the death of the country’s Supreme Court judges responsible for overturning the death sentence of a Christian woman accused of blasphemy, Reuters reports.

“The patron in chief of TLP, Muhammad Afzal Qadri, has issued the edict that says the chief justice and all those who ordered the release of Asia deserve death,” party spokesman Ejaz Ashraf said, as cited by the news agency.

The Tehreek-e-Labaik (TLP) party called for the death of the chief justice and two other judges in Pakistan’s highest court after they spared the life of Asia Bibi, 47, who was convicted of blasphemy in 2010.

The party also demanded Prime Minister Imran Khan’s government be ousted following the court’s order.

The Supreme Court on Wednesday ruled in favor of the release of Bibi, who was eight years ago accused and sentenced for “insulting Islam.” As long as she faces no other charges, the woman should be released, the court ordered.

TLP two weeks ago organized a mass anti-blasphemy rally calling on Bibi to be executed as the court waited to release its verdict on her final appeal. The protests took part mainly in the city of Lahore, but demonstrations took place in other areas too, including Karachi and Rawalpindi.

Bibi’s case started when, according to her autobiography, she sought to get some drinking water out of a well on a hot fruit-picking day.

She was then told off by a Muslim neighbor, who turned to other Muslim women in the area to tell them the Christian devotee had dirtied the water by drinking from their cup. Several women called Bibi a “filthy Christian” and told her to convert to Islam.

Bibi refused, saying: “I believe in my religion and in Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for the sins of mankind. What did your Prophet Mohammad ever do to save mankind? And why should it be me that converts instead of you?”

She was then shoved and spat at, the autobiography claims. Days later, Bibi was accused of blasphemy. She has denied the charge.

Bibi’s case, the first in which a woman has been sentenced to death by hanging for blasphemy in

Pakistan, has drawn widespread condemnation. Pope Benedict XVI was among those who calling for her to be freed in 2010.

CANADIAN PM TRUDEAU: Islamic Sharia law is compatible with democracy

Justin Trudeau insists Islamic law isn’t incompatible with democracy. The American Center for Democracy disagrees. Who’s right?

Canada continues to support and implement Sharia Law.

The American Center for Democracy (ACD) quotes Imam Aasim Rashid of Vancouver, British Columbia, who spoke in October 2017 at Thompson Rivers University, explaining why the Canadian government wants to implement Sharia Law.

“I’ll tell you who wants to bring Sharia Law,” Thompson said then. “The Canadian government wants to bring Sharia Law and this is not a joke. Why? Because Sharia Law is simply the way Muslims are doing things.”

“The Canadian government wanted the Muslims to be able to regulate their own issues….to solve their problems amongst themselves [according] to Sharia Law, so it is not a burden on the court system which is already so bogged down.

“The government told us – we would like you to have this system, and we would like to work on these initiatives with you.”

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau told CBC in January 2016 that “Islam is not incompatible with Western secular democracy.”

ACD, however, has challenged this assumption with various facts on Islam and Islamists:

For example, the Quran states that “Men are caretakers of women… As for women of whom you fear rebellion, convince them, and leave them apart in beds, and beat them (lightly without causing injury)…” (Quran 4:34)

In his book, Human Rights in Islam and Common Misconceptions, Abdul-Rahman al-Sheha writes that “the non-Muslim residents of an Islamic state are required to pay a minimal tax called ‘Jizyah.'”

He also notes that “Allah set the penalty of cutting the hand as a penalty for theft,” and says that “if the robber kills and seizes the money, the punishment may be killing and crucifixion. If he takes money and threatens but does not kill or assault, the punishment may be amputation of his hand and leg. If he kills the victim but does not take his money, he may be executed as in murder.”

In a previous article, the ACD exposed a video on Muslim religious leaders’ belief that LGBT individuals should be executed.

In that article, ACD’s Dr. Rachel Ehrenfeld noted that “the Islamists make no secret of their views. They promote them in mosques, public lectures, articles and books often distributed free in bookstores and on city street corners.”

Countering those opposed to Sharia Law recognition, the Canadian government’s Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage completed a draft of its Motion M-103 report, which recognizes “the need to…condemn Islamophobia” and “take action” against “religious discrimination including Islamophobia.”

‘Iran is here?’: Israeli supermodel Bar Refaeli’s niqab ad sparks Islamophobia cries

Bar Refaeli’s new clothing ad has sparked outrage over its depiction of Muslims. It shows the Israeli supermodel taking off a niqab and suggesting that there is no freedom in Iran.

Images of Rafaeli wearing the Islamic headcover appeared in newspapers and on billboards around Israel this weekend, all featuring the words, “Iran is here?”

On Monday, the accompanying ad was shown on television and on social media. Rafaeli appears wearing a face veil and head cover, which she soon rips off to reveal her long blond hair, a crop top and jeans. The ad is for a new line from the clothing brand Hoodies, which she partially owns.

As Refaeli dances around, enjoying her Hoodies clothing, a song plays with the lyrics, “it's all about freedom, finally breaking the chains, costing my freedom.”

“Freedom is basic,” Refaeli says at the end. The supermodel has since deleted the video from her Instagram, but it remains on the Hoodies’ Youtube channel.

Another version of the ad has been released, which includes an Israeli transgender actress, a Hasidic TV presenter and an Ethiopian-Israeli model, suggesting the clothing line attempted to promote diversity - so long as there are no Muslims involved.

Many expressed disappointment with the ad, with a number of people pointing out that the ad appears to promote racial stereotypes. For others, the dancing for freedom was a little close to the bone, given the lack of freedom afforded to Palestinians living under Israeli control and those trapped in Gaza.

The anti-Iranian scaremongering of the ad lines up with the agenda pursued by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who considers Iran an enemy and attempts to drum up fears about its threat to the world.

In the lead-up to Tuesday’s municipal elections, a number of campaign ads stoking anti-Muslim sentiment and scare tactics have appeared around Israel.

Russia And China Are Apparently Both Under The Impression That War With The United States Is Coming…

Could it be possible that the U.S. is heading for a major war? If you ask most Americans that question, they will look at you like you are crazy. For most people in this country, war with either Russia or China is not something to even be remotely concerned about. But the Russians and the Chinese both see things very differently. As you will see below, Russia and China both seem to be under the impression that war with the United States is coming, and they are both rapidly preparing for such a conflict.

Let’s start with Russia. After repeatedly slapping them with sanctions, endlessly demonizing their leaders and blaming them for just about every problem that you can imagine, our relationship with Russia is about the worst that it has ever been.

And when the Trump administration announced that it was withdrawing from the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, that pushed things to a new low. In the aftermath of that announcement, Russian official Andrei Belousov boldly declared that “Russia is preparing for war”…

He said: “Here recently at the meeting, the United States said that Russia is preparing for war.

“Yes, Russia is preparing for war, I have confirmed it.

“We are preparing to defend our homeland, our territorial integrity, our principles, our values, our people – we are preparing for such a war.”

Here in the United States, there is very little talk of a potential war with Russia in the mainstream media, but in Russia things are very different. Russian news outlets are constantly addressing escalating tensions with the United States, and the Russian government has been adding fuel to that fire. For example, the Russian government recently released a video of a mock nuclear strike against their “enemies”…

Russian submarines have recently carried out a mock nuclear attack against their “enemies.” The Russian government has released footage of the atomic strike and it is sparking fears that the third world war is quickly approaching.

The Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) has published shocking videos that show a range of nuclear missile drills including a submarine carrying out a mock atomic strike. These videos are the latest in a series of escalating war-games ordered by Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to The Express UK.

I’ll give you just one guess as to who the primary enemy in that drill was.

And what Russian President Vladimir Putin recently told the press about a potential nuclear war was extremely chilling…

If any nation decides to attack Russia with nuclear weapons, it may end life on Earth; but unlike the aggressors, the Russians are sure to go to heaven, President Vladimir Putin has said.

“Any aggressor should know that retribution will be inevitable and he will be destroyed. And since we will be the victims of his aggression, we will be going to heaven as martyrs. They will simply drop dead, won’t even have time to repent,” Putin said during a session of the Valdai Club in Sochi.

Under normal circumstances, Putin would never talk like that.

But these are not normal times.

Meanwhile, Chinese President Xi Jinping is ordering his military to focus on “preparations for fighting a war”…

China’s President Xi Jinping ordered the military region responsible for monitoring the South China Sea and Taiwan to “assess the situation it is facing and boost its capabilities so it can handle any emergency” as tensions continue to mount over the future of the South China Sea and Taiwan, while diplomatic relations between Washington and Beijing hit rock bottom.

The Southern Theatre Command has had to bear a “heavy military responsibility” in recent years, state broadcaster CCTV quoted Xi as saying during an inspection tour made on Thursday as part of his visit to Guangdong province.

“It’s necessary to strengthen the mission … and concentrate preparations for fighting a war,” Xi said. “We need to take all complex situations into consideration and make emergency plans accordingly. “We have to step up combat readiness exercises, joint exercises and confrontational exercises to enhance servicemen’s capabilities and preparation for war” the president-for-life added.

So who are the Chinese concerned that they may be fighting against?

Needless to say, the United States is at the top of the list…

The president instructed the military to ramp-up opposition to ‘freedom of navigation’ exercises being undertaken by the US, Australia, France, the UK, Japan and others through the waterway through which arterial shipping lanes have grown since the end of World War II.

Tensions over the South China Sea have been increasing for several years, and starting a trade war with China in 2018 has certainly not helped things.

At this point, even many U.S. analysts can see the writing on the wall. For instance, just consider what Harvard Professor Graham Allison recently told Steve LeVine…

He said, if history holds, the U.S. and China appeared headed toward war.

Over the weekend, I asked him for an update — specifically whether the danger of the two going to war seems to have risen.

“Yes,” he responded. The chance of war is still less than 50%, but “is real — and much more likely than is generally recognized.”

Of course we didn’t get to this point overnight. Tensions with Russia and China have been simmering for quite a while, and both of those nations have been rapidly modernizing their military forces. Sadly, the vast majority of the U.S. population is utterly clueless about these things.

But those that are serving in the military have a much better understanding, and one recent survey found that about half of them expect the U.S. to be “drawn into a new war within the next year”…

Nearly half of all current military troops believe the United States will be drawn into a major war soon, a jarring rise in anxiety among service members worried about global instability in general and Russia and China in particular, according to a new Military Times poll of active-duty troops.

About 46 percent of troops who responded to the anonymous survey of currently serving Military Times readers said they believe the U.S. will be drawn into a new war within the next year. That’s a jarring increase from only about 5 percent who said the same thing in a similar poll conducted in September 2017.

Those numbers are jarring.

Some major stuff must be going on behind the scenes in order to go from 5 percent to 46 percent in a single year.

We truly are living in apocalyptic times, and our world seems to be getting more unstable with each passing day.

We should hope for peace, but throughout human history peace has never lasted for long. Major global powers continue to edge closer and closer to conflict, and that is a very dangerous game to be playing.

China's President Orders Military to "Prepare for War"

China's President Xi Jinping ordered the military region responsible for monitoring the South China Sea and Taiwan to "assess the situation it is facing and boost its capabilities so it can strengthen the mission … and concentrate preparations for fighting a war" as tensions continue to mount over the future of the South China Sea and Taiwan, while diplomatic relations between Washington and Beijing hit rock bottom.

According to the South China Morning Post, Xi’s visit to the military command was one of several he made during a four-day trip to the south China province aimed at bolstering confidence amid an economic slowdown, and growing trade and strategic disputes with the United States.

Xinhua reports President Xi “stressed the need to focus on combat research and commanding, to advance work in all areas and accelerate developing strong and efficient joint-operation commanding institutions for theater commands to comprehensively boost the military’s battle-winning ability.”

“He ordered the troops to keep a close watch for changes in the situations and to strengthen analysis to firmly protect border stability and safety of the people’s life and property,” Xinhua reported Xi as saying.

“After hearing a report on their work, he underlined the importance of preparing for war and combat, while taking consideration of various complex situations, improving response plans and focusing on real-combat training.”

Xi’s words represent a significant ramp-up in the rhetoric between Beijing and Washington. China has been angered by US sanctions on its military for buying weapons from Russia, and by what Beijing sees as renewed Washington support for democratic Taiwan. Earlier this month, US Vice-President Mike Pence took the tensions between Washington and Beijing to a new level: “Using that stolen technology, the Chinese Communist Party is turning ploughshares into swords on a massive scale,” he said.

Meanwhile, the US recently sailed two warships through the Taiwan strait, claiming "freedom of navigation", and further angering China.

According to Australia's News.com.au, President Xi was not the only ruling Communist Party member to up the ant last week. State Counselor General and Defense Minister Wei Fenghe said that Beijing would never give up “one single piece” of its territory. He warned that “repeated challenges” to China’s sovereignty over Taiwan would lead to military action.

As for Xi's surprisingly sharp warning, the SCMP quoted military observers as saying President Xi’s words were likely aimed at an internal audience, boosting morale in the face of growing economic and international pressures.

“It’s likely intended as a signal to the US in particular and any parties that Beijing perceives to be causing provocation,” Collin Koh, a research fellow at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, said.

That said, the Beijing-based military analyst said he expected further clashes to come in the South China Sea.

“The United States is expected to conduct more freedom of navigation exercises in the South China Sea region, and because it does not recognize (Beijing’s) rights to artificial islands, like Mischief Reef, there will probably be more military friction between the two countries there,” the Post quoted him as saying.

Earlier this month a Chinese destroyer almost rammed a US warship in an effort to force it to leave disputed waters. Shortly after the event, the Chinese defense ministry criticized the US for “gravely threatening China’s sovereignty and security, severely damaging relations between the two militaries and significantly undermining regional peace and stability”.

Last week, China’s Foreign Ministry said it had ‘expressed concern’ at the recent passage of two US warships through the narrow water way between China and Taiwan.

“China has closely followed the passing of US warships through the Taiwan Strait and monitored the whole process,” Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said. “We urge the US to strictly abide by the three China-US joint communiques and properly handle Taiwan-related issues so as to avoid impairing bilateral relations as well as peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait."

So far any and all Chinese warnings and threats have fallen on deaf ears.

UN Imposed Medical Martial Law Is Back for a Second Attempt

I have pondered what I am about to write for the past several days. I have actively tried to debunk my own dire conclusions because I did not want to believe them and I did not want to be the one to report what I am about to report here.

Subsequent t0 challenging my findings, I have conducted scores of interviews, both formal and informal with knowledgeable people that I trust both professionally and personally. As I connect the dots of my suspicions in combination with the often fragmented knowledge of a source that only knows his or her area of expertise, I have come to an unmistakable conclusion:

Within a non-specific time frame, the United States and her citizens are going to be on the receiving end of a CBN attack. CBN, as in chemical, nuclear and biological. The event will be sooner, not later. It will be likely consist of multiple attacks in several venues so as to overwhelm the government’s legitimate first responders.

Previously Established Contributing Variables

Any researcher can tell you that acquiring anomalous data is not that hard to do. After all, most intelligence information is open source (75%) and can be easily obtained if one knows where to look. However, connecting the dots is tricky. What appears to be a collection of unrelated intelligence information on one day, can be combined with other intelligence information on another day which will tell a completely detailed story. The latter is precisely what I have here and I have the proverbial tiger by the tail and the worst thing that one can do (eg Andrew Breitbart) is to hang on to a connected series of intelligence information that the “bad guys” don’t want released. If one the proprietary source of the information, that person is in danger if they hang on to such data. For that reason, I am making this release.

Predictive Programming

The TNT hit series, The Last Ship, has been at the forefront of some stunning predictive programming in its six seasons. The show has exactly two episodes left. Of all the predictive programming I have observed and reported on, this show is in a class all by itself. Here is what they have forecast:

1. The world will fall victim to a massive pandemic which wipes out 80% of humanity. The United States degenerates into fiefdoms of regional control that frequently fight with each other. This is the topic of this article.

2. In subsequent seasons, the show covered a massive pandemic in which staple crops are infected with a pathogen and threaten the world’s food supply as billions starve. This will be covered in the subsequent part of this series.

3. In this last season, season six, the US falls victim to a Pearl Harbor style attack perpetrated by Red Dawn forces from Central and South America. There are so many potential parallels between the season;s six premiere of the The Last Ship and the overwhelmingly dangerous threat posed to all American which lies south of our border. America has two continents organizing against it at the same time. The real possibility of an emerging pandemic poses a threat as well.In the opening scene of The Last Ship episode season premier, a lecture is given at the Naval Academy on how war begins. As Mark Twain once said, “History may not repeat, but it sure does rhyme. Athens and Sparta began their monumental war in the midst of a plague. The Peloponnesian War also began in the midst of a plague. It now appears that the same is about to happen here ad we will call it a civil war and eventually World War III. This will be the concluding part of this series.

There is a lot to unpack within the 2014 revelations which are again presenting in late 2018. Unfortunately, there are going to have to be three more parts in order for me to accurately lay out the expansive plot to destroy you and your country.

Coincidence, or intended message, or not, this show is the most accurate show with regard to predictive programming and I will use the the major themes of this predicitve programming to clearly illustrate the dangers coming our way.

During the last Central American invasion of the United States in which illegal immigration was used as a battering ram, I published the following contents on The Common Sense Show as a result of my telephonic interview with Dr Jane Orient regarding the biological threats to the United States that could come in the form of a pandemic.

On June 30, 2014, I interviewed Dr. Jane Orient, an internal medicine specialist and the Executive Director of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS). Dr. Orient stated that by admitting these huge groups of children who come from countries where medical screenings are minimal and hygiene is poor, the United States is at risk for epidemics of serious diseases and viruses that the nation has not seen in years and for which we have no immunity.

The following paragraphs contain the contents and supporting documentation of my phone interview with Dr. Orient.

…Our former image of how people come to the United States is outdated. The old image of illegal immigrants scaling a fence and making their way through the Arizona desert is antiquated.

…The majority of our new illegal immigrants are no longer from Mexico. Central American countries comprise 75% of these points of origin including Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Guatemala presently comprise 3 out of 4 illegal aliens captured by the Border Patrol.

President Trump’s ability to respond effective, beginning in April of 2018, to an immigration invasion, is hampered by the fact that the left, primarily key Democratic Party operatives (eg Clinton, Pelosi, Warren, Sinema, etc) have spoken out about separating illegal immigrants pretending to be families at the border. Remember, a full 80% of the people at the border are unrelated. Yet, the holdover liberal judges from the Obama era ruled that basically immigrants are ALL family and cannot be separated. The President’s people are limited to 30 days to make their case of non-refugee status and non-familial member associations before deporting. This strategy, which is overwhelming the border and the ability of ICE to administratively police our border (this is one of the reasons that Trump is militarizing the border), was developed in the Central American invasion of 2014. In 2014, I made the case that this was the invasion. I was wrong, it was a beta test for what we are going through right now.

In the same article published on June 30, 2014, I noted the following:

…This past week, I presented the fact that FedBizzOpps.govposted an ad, in January 0f 2014, seeking “escort services for unaccompanied alien children” from ages from infancy to 17, to transport them to Office of Refugee Resettlement Shelters throughout the U.S. This was a completely manufactured crisis and it was well planned. Even the Wall Street Journal, on June 20, 2014, stated that someone is spreading the belief in Central America that if children can get to America, they will be allowed to stay along with their parents. The culprit for this disinformation would most likely be the CIA.

Drug Resistant TB, Dengue Fever and Chikungunya

In the interview, Dr. Orient spoke of a mosquito-transmitted known as Dengue fever,. Dengue fever comes from Mexico, Central America, Caribbean and northern South America. According to my Border Patrol contact, many more illegal immigrants from these regions are making their way into the United States. This illness is taking a fatal hemorrhagic form. There is no vaccine and no drug therapy for this viral disease that is almost always fatal.

Dr. Orient speaks and writes about Chikungunya, a mosquito-borne virus from both Africa and Asia, which surfaced in the Caribbean in December 2013. As of June 3, more than 100,000 confirmed and suspected cases have been reported from 17 countries in the Caribbean and South America. Dr. Orient stated that the CDC predicts the disease will continue to spread in the Americas. If people from these regions are coming to America, Chikungunya is spreading to the United States. Chikungunya and dengue are carried by the same mosquitoes and can be difficult to distinguish between the two. Chikungunya is almost always fatal and certainly, Americans will have no immunity for Dengue Fever and Chikungunya.

Drug-resistant TB has already made its way into the United States as a result of the presence of the illegal immigrants. The Border Patrol is privately stating that they are impacted and at least one confirmed case of TB has shown up among the Border Patrol as has scabies and other select illnesses. Dr. Orient is aware of this as am I. However, the government is covering this up by threatening criminal prosecution of any whistle blowing Border Patrol agents. Dr. Orient said that the Border Patrol are already laundering their work clothes on site so as to lessen the chance of spreading disease to their family members at home.

Dr. Orient Publicly and Officially Expresses Her Concerns

In a 2014 report to the Pima County (Tucson) Public Health Committee and the Arizona Department of Health, Dr. Orient made the following observations:

• Migrants from West Africa and the Middle East, as well and Central and South America are entering through Mexico also—from areas that have outbreaks of Ebola, Chikungunya, and Dengue fever.

• Swine flu, chickenpox, tuberculosis, and scabies have been reported in Border Patrol agents.

• Tucson Unified School District has offered closed schools as housing for children here illegally”.

Subsequently, Dr. Orient challenged these two health organizations to seek answers to the following questions:

• “Before being released into the community, what screening have entrants undergone for tuberculosis, hepatitis, lice, scabies, or incubating viral diseases such as dengue?

• What diseases are being reported in Border Patrol agents?

• What is the vaccination status of entrants, and what is being done about it?

• What potential disease spikes, or unfamiliar diseases, should physicians be aware of?

• What surveillance is being done by the CDC? (No mention of the problem is immediately apparent on its website as of June 30).

• What is being done to secure the border and to return migrants, especially children, home?

• What is being done to prepare for additional demands on public health departments and medical facilities, as to isolate and treat multi-drug resistant tuberculosis or highly contagious, lethal viral diseases, and who will be paying?

• Why are Border Patrol agents threatened with criminal prosecution for speaking out”?

What Dr. Orient is saying here is nothing short of an invasion. Then why did that invasion not get completed?

By the way, nobody from the federal government is addressing Dr. Orient’s questions.

Creating Mobile Carriers

In 2014, and soon to be in 2018 when the immigrants arrive, courtesy of what will be liberal court rulings challenging the militarization of the border, we will be shipping potentially disease ridden populations to every major metropolitan area in the United States. The illegal immigrants normally spend about 24-72 hours in detention and are released through the use of tax-supported public and private transportation and are subsequently delivered all over the country. Local officials, attempting to find housing for these illegal immigrants, are making used of closed schools and abandoned buildings. This places our local communities in direct contact with the immigrant population which will increase the rate of the transmissibility of these diseases and viruses. Further, as these illegal immigrants are landed in our international airports, they are having transmissible disease type contact with regular travelers who will become potential carriers to their points of destination. Remember, these immigrants will be shipped into the country because the courts will reassert the ruling to not separate families. If you are old enough to remember the move, Outbreak (1995), then you already know where this is headed. To get a good idea of what could lie in our future, you may wish to watch the movie trailer from the 1995 movie. The movie rings as true today as it did a generation ago.

In 2o14, I printed all of this. I am absolutely convinced that this was the invasion. The globalists were bringing in Ebola and other disease cocktails as a precursor to medical martial law run by the UN. I strongly believe that if it were not for the work of Dr. Jane Orient and the Independent Media, we would already be conquered by disease just like in the first crisis of the TV show, The Last Ship. I also believe that this crisis would have allowed Obama to stay in office beyond his elected term because of the created crisis. Because of intense scrutiny, the Deep State had to back off. but they are back.

I spoke with a nurse, afraid of losing her job for revealing secretive health information, and she told me on Sunday that select personnel in a Phoenix area hospital received a confidential memo detailing the symptoms of Ebola. A reader told me upon being treated in a Washington DC emergency room, that she saw a sign on the wall listing the symptoms of Ebola. Even if the CDC and state and county health organizations have not yet publicly expressed concern and issued alerts, there are some officials who taking this seriously enough to spread the word to some of our hospitals.

1. We have no medical assessment procedures taking place on the border. Sorry CDC, in your absence, Coast Guard medics cannot make pandemic assessment and containment decisions. (see previous article addressing these points). This was a planned event given the Fedbizopp.gov document.

I ask you America, has that changed since 2014?

2. The healthy illegal immigrants are not meaningfully separated from the healthy by more than a yellow tape.

3. The Border Patrol is already presenting with drug resistant TB, scabies and the rest is yet to come.

4. Not one blood test has been performed on illegal immigrants which is the only way to properly diagnose Ebola, Dengue Fever, etc.

This will soon be our 2018 reality in matter of days.

5. We are shipping illegal immigrants all across the country within 24-72 following arrival through our public transportation venues where it is only a matter of time until many American travelers will become unwitting carriers.

6. Intentionally, or unintentionally, this is a depopulation event and Dr. Orient’s use of the terms “collusion” and “biological weapons attack” should be in the forefront of everyone’s mind and spoken word on this topic.

7. We know the UN has military vehicles inside of the US. As I have stated in past articles, this will be the pretext in which we allow the UN to engage in policing activities on American soil.

Speaking of the United Nations, they are positioning, as they did in 2014, to militarily takeover the United States based on their right to intervene in a crisis due to Obama giving the UN the right under the Kigali principles. The UN, as you will see was poised to move in 2014, and they are back for the immigration health crisis of 2018-19.

Straight from the Internment/Resettlement article ( FM 3-39.40 1-5) it states the following:

Make no mistake about it, this scenario marks an United Nations takeover and foreign oppressors will be introduced.

Army document, FM 3-39.40 1-5, speaks clearly to the fact their is absolute intent to use foreign military assets to imprison American citizens.

How will these foreign assets be utilized?

When some contagion (eg Ebola) strikes, the changes in the handling of patients has already been planned for through a series of legal actions, most of them are Executive Orders. For example, the Executive Order, entitled Revised List of Quarantinable Communicable Diseases, amends Executive Order 13295,passed by George W. Bush in April 2003, which allows for the, “apprehension, detention, or conditional release of individuals”, and Ebola is specifically mentioned. Could Ebola be making a comeback?

Even though former President Bush specifically mentioned Ebola as an illness which would permit the authorities to utilize forced quarantines, Obama took this portion of the Executive Order to a whole new level. Obama granted his or any future administration the authority to detain, in any manner deemed necessary, any person who demonstrates any degree of respiratory distress. This means people with noninfectious asthma could be detained.

When the forced transport of infected patients begins to occur, relatively healthy people will be joining them in this death parade march to camps being run with foreign assets.

The contagion will be the impetus to send people to camps, however, this is by no means the end game. These camps will quickly morph into martial law detainment camps for American dissidents. I would imagine that many alternative media broadcasters will develop asthma over the next several months.

More Operational Details of the HHS Sponsored Camps

These camps could indeed begin as FEMA detainment camps for some contagious patients, but quickly morph into other more nefarious and lethal purposes. Here are some examples of what I am speaking about.

Segregation of Civilian Detainees

I have previously been told my military sources that when families are transported to the I/R camps, husbands will be segregated from wives and children from parents.

“Detainees may also be segregated by ethnic and family groups and further segregated to protect vulnerable individuals. Additionally, detainees may be categorized by behavior (cooperative, neutral, or combative) to accurately resource guards and facilities”. Juveniles within the I/R population are typically segregated from the general population. (See DODD 3115.09.)”

AGENCIES CONCERNED WITH INTERNMENT AND RESETTLEMENT

1-40. External involvement in I/R missions is a fact of life for military police organizations. Some government and government-sponsored entities that may be involved in I/R missions include—

International agencies.

International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

International Organization of Migration.

U.S. agencies.

Local U.S. embassy.

Department of Homeland Security.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Federal Emergency Management Agency.

And There is More to Planned Medical Martial Law

With its Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) in the Federal Register on Aug. 15, 2016, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has greatly expanded the draconian power of the government over the lives of the American people when it relates to health matter or a pseudo-health matter.

Barbara Loe Fisher, the President of the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC), stated:

“Today, the American people are challenged, as they have never been before, to confront the expansion of government authority over our bodies and the bodies of our children, specifically the exercise of police power to take us into custody and isolate us without our consent whenever public health officials believe we are sick or could become sick.“

The CDC, with its NPRM, is seeking to “restrict the freedom of a person entering the U.S. or traveling between states if they believe the person is infected or could become infected with certain kinds of communicable diseases.” So, now we are looking at pre-crime as an excuse to incarcerate people related to the controversial issue of vaccinations.

In part, these regulations will be used to impose the emerging mandatory vaccination laws. Are there any limits to the authority of the federal government with regard to vaccinations? According to the aforementioned documents, there are no limits placed in this new authority and the conditions, under the law, this could easily be expanded to the simple cold or the flu. Would this new authority open the way for the U.S. government health officials to eventually restrict travel via automobile, bus and train from state to state?

Amazingly, the NPRM calls for airline and cruise ship personnel to increase surveillance of travelers into the U.S. and those traveling between states, but states have the greatest authority under the Constitution to use police powers to control infectious diseases within state borders. It is all about the money. The CDC currently funds many state initiatives when it comes to health. Subsequently, the federal government, in the form of the CDC will be able to take control of every state health agency. Fisher stated that medical enforcement authorities could be detaining, isolating and quarantining of people in the U.S., “who appear “unwell” but are otherwise simply going about minding their own business”.

When we begin to connect the dots, under Obamacare, all medical records are accessible by the IRS in violation of HIPPA regulations. Since our medical records are part of federally tracked electronic medical records as well as vaccine tracking systems which is also accessible by the IRS, these officials now have the ability to determine from our medical records if we have had all of our vaccinations. If not, you could be subject to medical detainment for not getting your vaccinations, or your children could. Also, please make note of the term “other infections”. This is a blank check for the federal government to detain you for any “perceived” condition.

In fact, Fisher goes on to say that the CDC is granting itself the ability to detain and quarantine people without their consent.

Fisher is quick to point out, there are “many viral and bacterial infections that occur quite often in our country .” These conditions give the CDC the authority to act upon every infection has the potential to spread and cause harm or even death to some people (eg flu and bronchitis).”

The previously cited documents specify some of the symptoms that “could get you detained” under the CDC’s NPRM include vomiting, diarrhea, and a fever of more than 100 degrees—symptoms that can be caused by everything from “allergic reactions, inflammatory bowel disease, salmonella and norovirus infections to hangovers and the common cold.” WHAT THIS CLEARLY STATES THIS THAT ANY CITIZEN, AT ONE TIME OR ANOTHER, COULD BE AND WILL BE DETAINED UNDER THESE NEW GUIDELINES.

THE GOVERNMENT HAS JUST GRANTED ITSELF THE AUTHORITY TO ROUND UP PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT “FEELING WELL” AND THEREFORE, POSE A DANGER TO SOCIETY BECAUSE THEY “MIGHT POSE A THREAT”. AND AS MIKE ADAMS HAS POINTED OUT, NOT TAKING VACCINES CONSTITUTES A THREAT.

When health authorities come and arrest you because you have a temperature in excess of 100 degrees, NPRM regulations state that you can be held for up to 72 hours without the right to contact a lawyer to appeal your detention. You would be FORCED to sign a contract with the CDC agreeing to submit yourself or your minor children to such “public health measures” as “quarantine, isolation, conditional release, medical examination, hospitalization, vaccination, and treatment.”

Detainment Centers (FEMA Camps) Have No Real Medical Facilities

Look at the participating partners in the “hospital” detainment centers in the EFS #8 document. This list is very revealing as to the intended purpose of these camps.

Where are the medical facilities and organizations? There re not any as this is a UN operation, which will invoke the Kigali Principles in an attempt to force a medical martial law takeover which will be designed to imprison dissenters for health reasons so their fellow countrymen don’t try and come to the rescue. I cannot be sure if it will happen in 3 months, or 30 months.

It was beta tested in 2014 and they tried to roll it out. However, the public scrutiny, thanks to the Independent Media we repulsed the attempt. And now they are are back. And the unveiling of this plan is just beginning.

Texas Border Residents Warned Of "Armed Civilians" Confronting Caravan; Trump Says Military Mobilized

Texas landowners along the US-Mexico border have reportedly been told this week by the US Border Patrol to expect a possible influx of "armed civilians" on their property as a Central American migrant caravan makes its way towards the United States, reports AP.

The Associated Press reported that these civilians say they intend to support the National Guard and Border Patrol to prevent the illegal migrants from crossing into the U.S.

But some see the move as a negative, arguing that the armed civilians' presence would add even more tension should there be a confrontation.

Three activists told the AP they were going to the border or organizing others, and groups on Facebook have posted warnings about the caravan. One said it was “imperative that we have boots on the ground.” Another wrote: “WAR! SECURE THE BORDER NOW!” -Associated Press

Texas Minuteman militia president Shannon McGauley told AP that the group has members stationed at three points throughout the state's border, and expects 25-100 more arriving in coming days.

Militia border patrols are nothing new, as civilians will typically alert border patrol to apprehend trespassers.

On Wednesday, President Trump issued a new warning about the caravan and its "very tough fighters and people," tweeting: "The Caravans are made up of some very tough fighters and people. Fought back hard and viciously against Mexico at Northern Border before breaking through. Mexican soldiers hurt, were unable, or unwilling to stop Caravan. Should stop them before they reach our Border, but won’t!"

Trump then reiterated that the US military "is being mobilized at the Southern Border" with "Many more troops coming."

"TURN AROUND!" he added:

The caravan, which is now estimated at 4,000 people after many have turned around or accepted asylum in Mexico, is currently around 1,000 miles south of the US border and estimated to arrive in around a week thanks to organizations which have been aiding the Central Americans, including a reported organized busing operation.

As Fox News report on Tuesday showed, migrants traveling with the caravan are being loaded on to chartered buses and transported to the next stop on the trail to the US, having refused Mexico's offer of asylum, shelter and jobs should they opt to stay in the country. Fox News reporter Griff Jenkins revealed that multiple professional buses have lined up to board the migrants, as footage from the report showed.

Meanwhile, President Trump told Fox News on Monday that the migrants are "wasting their time" and said "they are not coming in," adding that the US would build giant tent cities to house migrants who made it over the border, as opposed to the longstanding policy of "catch and release" by which migrants were assigned court dates and allowed to leave - typically never to be seen again.

"If they applied for asylum, we’re going to hold them until such time as their trial takes place," Trump told the Fox News host.

"Where? We have the facilities?" she asked.

"We’re going to put up - we’re going to build tent cities," Trump responded. "We’re going to put tents up all over the place. We’re not going to build structures and spend all of this, you know, hundreds of millions of dollars -- we’re going to have tents."

"They're going to be very nice," he added.

At this rate the migrants are scheduled for a showdown right around midterms.

Austria rejects UN migration pact to 'defend national sovereignty'

Austria said on Wednesday it will not sign a United Nations migration pact that is set to be adopted in December, in order to "defend its national sovereignty."

The United States and Hungary have already rejected the Global Compact for Migration, which aims to boost cooperation to address the world's growing number of migrants.

"The government has agreed... not to sign the United Nations pact and thus not to bind Austria," said a statement from the ruling coalition led by Chancellor Sebastian Kurz of the centre-right OeVP, stressing "the importance of defending Austria's national sovereignty".

Mr Kurz's coalition partner, the far-right Freedom Party (FPOe), has been pushing for Vienna to reject the pact.

The coalition, which took office last year, won votes on an anti-immigration platform following the 2015 surge in arrivals of asylum seekers.

"Austria rejects the possibility that the migration pact could establish new customary international law which would be binding on Austria or could be interpreted as such," Heinz-Christan Strache, vice-chancellor and FPOe leader, said in a press conference.

However, the UN has stressed that the pact is "non-legally binding" and "grounded in values of state sovereignty".

The opposition has accused the government of damaging Austria's international reputation by rejecting a pact that Austria had itself taken part in shaping while Mr Kurz was foreign minister in the previous government.

Green MEP Michel Reimon said the decision showed that Austria "is not only part of the reactionary eastern block, but is actually leading it".

Austria has made a tough line on immigration a key focus of the rotating presidency of the EU which it holds until the end of the year.

The European Commission expressed its "regret" over Austria's decision.

The final text of the pact was agreed in July after 18 months of negotiations, and is set to be adopted during a conference in Morocco on December 10-11.

It lays out 23 objectives to open up legal migration and better manage migratory flows as the number of people on the move worldwide has increased to 250 million, or three per cent of the world's population.

The United States said in December it was quitting negotiations on the pact because of provisions "inconsistent with US immigration and refugee policies".

Hungary's anti-immigration Prime Minister Viktor Orban said in July that Budapest would boycott the pact because it was "dangerous for the world and Hungary" and would "inspire millions to set out on the road".

Poland has also expressed opposition to the accord.

MI5 to take over in fight against rise of UK rightwing extremism

MI5 is to take the lead in combating extreme rightwing terrorism amid mounting fears that white supremacists are increasing their efforts to foment violent racial conflict on Britain’s streets, The Guardian has learned.

The switch from the police – which has always previously taken responsibility for monitoring far right extremism – to MI5 means that the ideology will now sit in the same portfolio as Islamist terrorism and Northern Ireland-related terrorism, which are both covered by the domestic security service.

The decision also means that extreme rightwing activity will now be officially designated as posing a major threat to national security.

It comes amid growing global fears of the threat posed by far-right terrorists. In the US in recent days a man was charged with sending 13 pipe bombs to opponents of Donald Trump, including Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. A second man was taken into custody after an antisemitic terror attack left 11 people dead at a synagogue in Pittsburgh.

Four extreme rightwing alleged plots have been thwarted in the UK since March 2017, compared with 13 Islamist plots. But with around 100 investigations into the extreme rightwing currently live, the threat is assessed as growing.

The move follows months of negotiations between MI5, the police, and senior government officials. The outcome is that MI5 will take the intelligence lead when extreme rightwing activity is suspected of amounting to terrorism, according to multiple sources with knowledge of the discussions. The sources say that MI5 has already been expanding its work in the area this year.

It is hoped that MI5’s approach, techniques and greater powers will allow it to discover more about the violent intentions of the extreme right than the police can.

The changes will see MI5 formally take responsibility for identifying suspects and assessing what danger they pose, conducting network analysis and ranking threats.

Police have the executive lead , which means they will take over when the time comes to disrupt a plot and make arrests.

One senior police source told the Guardian that the move made sense. Sources in both organisations say relations are now very good, which has not always been the case.

One source said: “MI5 are driving the car, and SO15 [Counter Terrorism Command] are in the passenger seat. When there is a need to take a plot out, SO15 get in the driving seat.”

One difficulty about the move is that extreme rightwing activity covers both terrorism, which is well within MI5’s legal remit to protect national security, and public order, which is not.

The far-right terror threat came to government and mainstream attention after the assassination of the Labour MP Jo Cox in June 2016.

Since then, a Muslim worshipper has been run down with a van near a London mosque, a plot to kill an MP with a machete has been thwarted and security officials are concerned about attempts to radicalise members of the military and people with expertise with computers.

In the wake of Cox’s assassination, National Action was proscribed in December 2016, the first extreme rightwing group since 1940 to be banned.

The far right’s danger is not yet seen as being as severe as the threat posed by Islamist extremists, which is considered the dominant threat and unabating despite Islamic State’s loss of territory in Syria and Iraq.

The decision to pass the lead to MI5 means the agency will have to find the agents, analysts and other staff needed. It is already growing in response to what it sees as the high and sustained level of Islamist threat.

Around 18% of its staff are focused on the threat of Northern Ireland-related terrorism. Also growing is the threat from espionage and heightened tensions with Russia, amid the Kremlin’s willingness to carry out operations on British soil.

Earlier this year a review was launched into the extreme right by the Joint Terrorism Analysis Centre (JTAC). Sources say it has assessed how determined they are to kill, what their motivations are, and how they spread propaganda and get recruits.

It is the first assessment of the entire landscape of the threat the extreme right poses to national security by the JTAC, an elite Whitehall counter-terrorism unit. The JTAC may in future produce a threat level for extreme rightwing terrorism, in the same way it does do for Northern Irish and Islamist terrorism.

Senior counter-terrorism sources estimate that there are 100 violent neo-Nazis and far-right extremists committed to instigating racial and religious war in Britain.

Most European countries use the same organisation to counter the threat from the extreme right and Islamist terrorism. MI5 is in a better position to glean intelligence from its intelligence service counterparts in Europe, increasingly crucial because of concerns that neo-Nazis in different countries are helping and encouraging each other.

On Wednesday, Britain’s top counter-terrorism police officer, Neil Basu, told MPs on the home affairs committee that the extreme rightwing was growing across Europe and said: “There is no doubt that crosses the border into the UK and there have been attempts by groups here to coordinate with European partners as well.”

A review by the barrister David Anderson QC, conducted for the government after the terrorist attacks in 2017, was the trigger for the change.

Basu also told MPs that Islamist and extreme rightwing terrorism were inciting each other: “There is no doubt whatsoever in my mind that the two ideologies, both perverse, are both feeding each other.” He said he believed the situation was “worse and growing” and that a big rise in hate crime is a “proxy indication” of that.

Saudi Coup "Imminent" As Crown Prince's Uncle Arrives To Oust "Toxic" MbS

The youngest brother of Saudi Arabia's King Salman has returned from self-imposed exile to "challenge" Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MbS) "or find someone who can," reports the Middle East Eye.

Prince Ahmad bin Abdulaziz is reportedly hoping to oust his 33-year-old nephew in the wake of an allegedly state-sanctioned murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi. MbS has virtual control over Saudi Arabia after a June 2017 shakeup in which King Salman removed Muhammad bin Nayef as heir apparent.

The septuagenarian prince, an open critic of bin Salman (MBS), has travelled with security guarantees given by US and UK officials.

“He and others in the family have realised that MBS has become toxic,” a Saudi source close to Prince Ahmad told Middle East Eye.

"The prince wants to play a role to make these changes, which means either he himself will play a major role in any new arrangement or to help to choose an alternative to MBS." -Middle East Eye

Prince Ahmad has reportedly been meeting with other members of the Saudi royal family living outside the kingdom, along with "figures inside the kingdom" who have encouraged him to usurp his nephew. According to MEE, "there are three senior princes who support Prince Ahmad's move," who remain unnamed to protect their security.

According to Saudi dissident Prince Khalid Bin Farhan Al Saud, he expects a coup to be orchestrated against King Salman and MbS, as reported by the Middle East Monitor, which reports that a coup is "imminent."

"The coming period will witness a coup against the king and the crown prince," said Prince Khalid while commenting on the Khashoggi murder.

Khashoggi, a 59-year-old Washington Post journalist who had criticized the Crown Prince, was murdered on October 2 after entering the Saudi consulate in Istanbul to obtain paperwork ahead of his upcoming wedding. His body has not been found, but is believed to have been dismembered after he was reportedly choked to death.

Prince Ahmed bin Abdulaziz, 76, has been living in the UK for several years after serving as Saudi Arabia's deputy minister of interior between 1975 - 2012, and briefly as minister of interior in 2012. Ahmed was seen as a potential candidate to succeed King Salman in the early 2000's, however he was sidelined in March 2014 amid one of several shakeups within the House of Saud.

On November 4, 2017 bin Salman began arresting as many as 500 Saudi princes, government ministers and businessmen - detaining them in the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Riyadh. Private jets were grounded to prevent people from fleeing, while over 2,000 domestic bank accounts and other assets were frozen as the government targeted up to $800 billion in wealth that was reportedly "linked to corruption."

Prince Ahmad was protected from the purge, as MbS was unable to touch any sons of King Abdulaziz, founder of the modern Saudi state.

Standoff with Turkey

As MEE notes, Prince Ahmad's return comes amid a tense standoff between Saudi Arabia and Turkey following the Khashoggi murder. Turkish authorities have demanded to know what happened to the journalist's body and have requested audio of the execuiton rumored to exist.

In a thinly veiled attack on the crown prince, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Tuesday accused the Saudis of protecting the person responsible for the murder.

“A game to save somebody lies beneath this,” Erdogan told reporters following a speech in parliament on Tuesday. “We won’t leave Khashoggi’s murder behind.”

The Turkish president, who outlined some of the investigation into Khashoggi’s murder in an address last week, has promised to reveal more details about the killing but has so far refrained from doing so. -Middle East Eye

Despite Saudi chief prosecutor Saud al-Mojeb and Istanbul's chief prosecutor Ifran Fidan meeting twice over the last several days, no progress has been reported.

The Saudis, meanwhile, continue to refuse Turkish investigators access to a well located at the home of the consul-general which lies 500 meters from the consulate.

So far 18 suspects have been arrested in the murder, 15 of whom were members of a death squad reportedly sent to kill Khashoggi. MbS, meanwhile, has denied any knowledge of the operation which reportedly included five members of his personal security detail - three of whom have accompanied the Crown Prince on high-profile trips to Washington, London and Paris.

Prince Ahmad's opposition to MbS

The exiled prince has challenged his nephew at least three times, according to MEE.

First, in the summer of 2017, when the king's brother was one of three members of the Allegiance Council, a body of senior royals tasked with choosing the succession, to oppose bin Salman’s appointment as crown prince.

Prince Ahmed pointedly did not give an oath of allegiance to his nephew when he was made King Salman's heir.

Second, when Prince Ahmad and King Salman’s brother, Abdelrahman bin Abdulaziz, died last year. Only two pictures were hung at the reception given by Prince Ahmad, that of King Abdulaziz and the current monarch. The crown prince’s portrait was notably missing.

Third, last month, when Prince Ahmad approached Yemeni and Bahraini protesters outside his London home who were calling the al-Sauds a criminal family.

Ahmad told the hecklers that the Saudi royal family as a whole is not responsible for the war in Yemen - just the king and crown prince.

"They are responsible for crimes in Yemen. Tell Mohammed bin Salman to stop the war," Ahmad told them in Arabic.

Merkel will not seek re-election as CDU chair after Hesse election debacle

Angela Merkel will not seek re-election as party chair of CDU, which she has headed for 18 years. The information comes a day after her party suffered another major setback in a local election.

The German chancellor, who has chaired the ruling Christian Democratic Union since 2000, was expected to compete again at the party congress in Hamburg in early December.

On Sunday, her party suffered another major setback in local elections, this time in the state of Hesse. The CDU managed to get 28 percent of the vote, which marks a massive drop from the 38.3 percent won during Hesse’s last election in 2013.

The 64-year-old Merkel has decided not to stand for re-election as well as to give up the chancellorship. She said on Monday that she wants to serve her full term as German chancellor until 2021. Merkel also ruled out running for any senior positions in the European Union.

Germany’s Der Spiegel magazine suggested that possible candidates to replace Merkel could include CDU General Secretary Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer, Federal Health Minister Jens Spahn, or North Rhine-Westphalia’s Minister President Armin Laschet. Friedrich Merz, a former leader of the CDU/CSU coalition in the Bundestag, was reportedly also named as a possible successor.

Speaking on the election in Hesse, independent political observer Steven Meissner told RT that the chancellor “is getting weaker and weaker and more unpopular.”

Merkel, who has been the leader of Europe’s powerhouse for over a decade, secured her fourth term as chancellor in March after months of political gambling. The latter has been caused by a solid drop in support for an alliance of her CDU and sister-party CSU secured in September 2017. Back then, both managed to get only 33 percent of the vote in the German parliamentary election. Merkel's major partner from the grand coalition, the Social Democrats (SPD), also suffered historic losses.

With support for the ruling parties plummeting, the Euroskeptic and anti-establishment Alternative for Germany (AfD) is steadily gaining ground. After its breakthroughs in Hesse and Bavaria, it now holds parliamentary seats in every single German state (and in the Bundestag).

Following the Hesse success, AfD parliamentary leader, Alice Weidel, said that her party is now “firmly anchored” in the German parliament and is “here to stay.”

Robots to build robots in new $150mn facility… destruction of human race draws near

In another terrifying development for those who believe that android advancement will lead to the extinction of the human race, robots will soon be building other robots in a $150 million factory in China.

Swiss engineering group ABB plans to have the Shanghai-based factory up and running by the end of 2020 and it will produce robots for the Asian market. ABB’s industrial machines are used in various industries to build everything from automobiles to electronic devices.

The company says that the new robots will work alongside humans in the new 75,000-square-foot facility. They will be tasked with many of the small parts assembly tasks needed to build the robots it sells.

Last year one of every three robots sold worldwide went to China. Its automated workforce has expanded rapidly as the cost of employing actual humans continues to rise.

As well as building themselves, robots are now tearing things up on Tinder, doing parkour and even giving evidence in parliament. All ominous signs that they are secretly plotting to enslave the human race.

However that doesn’t seem to be a concern for ABB which proudly boasts that its using “cutting-edge artificial intelligence research to create the most sophisticated, automated and flexible Factory of the Future.”

The Chinese factory is the latest development in a growing trend of robot cooperation. Earlier this month US company FLIR unveiled a robot that can deploy other robots. The system features a tiny unmanned aerial vehicle that’s designed for the military, government agencies, and first responder operations.

Woman’s mistaken call to a sandwich shop saves her brother

Lisa Nagengast’s plane touched down in Tampa on Saturday evening, and the first thing she did before getting out of her seat was listen to her voice mail. That was when panic set in.

It was her brother, Greg Holeman, an Army veteran, whom she had just returned from visiting in Nebraska following his back surgery. He was in extreme pain, something was wrong with his incision site, and he couldn’t feel his left leg, he said. He was alone with no one to call for help. He couldn’t afford a taxi, and he didn’t know if his veteran’s insurance would pay for an ambulance.

“I’m going to drive myself to the hospital,” Holeman, 48, said on the voice mail.

Nagengast immediately called him back and forbade him from driving. Give me the name and number of your social worker, she said, and I’ll call her and she’ll send help. He dictated a number for Pam, his social worker, and Nagengast, 50, wrote it down on a napkin.

She dialed Pam as she started walking off the plane, where there was a lot of background noise.

When someone answered the line, Nagengast quickly and forcefully said who she was and that her brother needed a ride to the hospital. He didn’t have money for a cab, and there were no ride-sharing services in his small town of Columbus, Neb.

“Let me get my manager for you,” the voice on the other end said.

When the manager picked up, Nagengast told her story again. “I need you to help me. If you need me to pay for it, I will. We have to get this done.”

The manager said that he had some drivers and that he could send one to help her brother. He’d call her back in 15 minutes.

By then, Nagengast, an IT consultant, had walked her way through the airport and into her husband’s waiting car.

“Was I mean to him?” she asked her husband. She felt extra pressure to help her brother, she said, because both of their parents and their sister were deceased, so the two siblings had only each other for support.

Her husband assured her that, no, she wasn’t mean, she had merely conveyed that it was an emergency.

A few minutes later, Nagengast’s phone rang, and a man identifying himself as Zach said he was ready to take her brother to the hospital. Zach just needed her brother’s name and address, he said.

“Don’t you have it in his file?” Nagengast snapped at him incredulously.

Zach responded: “You called Jimmy John’s.”

Nagengast was silent for a moment.

“You mean, like, the food place Jimmy John’s?” she asked, realizing that she must have dialed the wrong number.

Zach confirmed that she had called the sandwich chain, not Pam, the social worker.

“I was like, ‘I’m so sorry, I called the wrong number,’” Nagengast said. “I’m so sorry.”

Zach, whose last name is Hillmer, assured her it was no problem.

“I’ll take your brother to the hospital,” he said. “You just need to give me his name and address.”

Hillmer, also a military veteran, is familiar with post-traumatic stress disorder and asked whether Holeman would be okay getting into his car.

“I will call him and make him get in the car with you,” she said.

Thirty minutes later, Nagengast called her brother’s phone, and he confirmed that he was at the hospital. It turned out that his bandage needed changing and his medication an adjustment. He went home later that evening in a cab–which the hospital paid for.

Jason Voss, the 19-year-old Jimmy John’s manager with whom Nagengast spoke, said it was pretty clear she had no idea she’d misdialed.

He said he was making sandwiches that evening when his girlfriend, who also works at the shop, answered Nagengast’s call. Confused, she handed him the phone and he listened to Nagengast’s story.

“I was pretty sure she had no idea it was Jimmy John’s,” Voss said. “I didn’t think I needed to say anything. It didn’t seem relevant at that moment.”

He said he listened to her story and could hear the desperation in her voice and thought he could be of service.

“Somebody needed help, and I got on it as quick as I could,” Voss said. “I was going to go myself, but I was manager and I didn’t think that was the best option.”

Since local media reported the story, Voss said he has been interviewed several times, including on live radio.

“I feel like stuff like this happens all the time, and it’s interesting people are taking an interest in it now. People feel like they need something, anything good right now,” he said. “Something like this is really small, but if it helps people, that’s good.”

Mother Nature produced a light show made of lava when Indonesia's Krakatau volcano erupted, scattering fiery specks and volcanic lightning into the night sky. The entire display was caught on video.

The beautiful footage shows the volcano, known for its violent eruptions, shoot ash and lava from its crater in a way that can only be described as mesmerizing.

But what was even more dazzling was that the volcano managed to create its own lightning, a rare and remarkable occurrence that only takes place when the conditions of the eruption - from lava temperature to the size of the ash plumes - are just right.

The Krakatau volcano, situated in the Sunda Straight between the Indonesian islands of Java and Sumatra, has seen increased activity since June. It sits on the chain of active volcanoes along the Pacific rim that is often called the 'Ring of Fire.'

What You Don't Know About Flavor Enhancers Can Harm You

Senomyx is a high tech research and development business that is "dedicated to finding new flavors to reduce sugars and reduce salt." But their focus is not on whole, organic fruits and vegetables, or grass-pastured meats, dairy and eggs. Senomyx develops patented flavor enhancers by using "proprietary taste receptor-based assay systems."

That's a testing system that provides scientists with biochemical responses and electronic readouts when a flavor ingredient interacts with their patented receptor, letting researchers know whether or not their flavor enhancer is effective. The receptors are made from HEK293 -- HEK stands for Human Embryonic Kidney cells, with 293 denoting that the HEK was from the 293rd experiment. HEK293 originally came from a healthy, electively aborted baby whose cells were then harvested and cloned.

According to the Weston A. Price Foundation:

"Senomyx's salt taste, savory flavor, and sweet flavors -- as well as all their other flavor enhancers -- are purposefully developed so that they stimulate your taste buds without them actually tasting anything ... Much like MSG, these flavor enhancers operate on the neurological level to produce these reactions ...

Since they are not actually ingredients but rather 'enhancers' they are not required to be listed in a package's ingredients except as 'artificial flavors' ... [And] because very small amounts of the additives are used ... Senomyx's chemicals have not undergone the FDA's usual safety approval process for food additives."

Dr. Mercola's Comments:

It's no secret that most processed foods contain a variety of "artificial" and "natural" flavors intended to make you crave a certain brand of chips or cookies over another. But what is largely unknown to most consumers is that a new variety of food additive is already on the market and probably in some of your favorite snack foods.

These new additives are unique because they are not flavors at all. They are chemicals that contain no flavor of their own, rather they activate or block taste receptors in your mouth. The chemicals can mimic or enhance the taste of sugar, salt and monosodium glutamate (MSG), for example.

To enable faster discovery of new flavors, we integrated our assays into a robot-controlled automated system that uses plates containing an array of individual fluid wells, each of which can screen a different sample from our libraries of approximately 800,000 artificial and natural candidate ingredients isolated from plants and other sources.

Our high-throughput discovery and development process allows us to conduct millions of analyses of new potential flavor ingredients annually. This efficiency is impossible to achieve using conventional flavor discovery methods. As a result, we have identified hundreds of unique potential new flavor ingredients that could not be discovered using taste tests alone."

Their products, which are intended to provide enhancements to savory, sweet, and salty flavors, as well as block bitter flavors and provide cooling taste sensations, are being marketed as a way to help companies "improve the nutritional profile of their products and/or achieve a competitive advantage maintaining or enhancing taste."

The idea is that a food company can use a Senomyx chemical to enhance the sweetness of sugar or savory flavors, allowing them to boast "reduced sugar" or "no MSG," giving the illusion that the product is healthier. In reality, it will contain a little-tested chemical that is NOT listed on the label.

Amazingly, these flavor-altering compounds are used in small amounts (less than one part per million), which means companies like Senomyx do not have to go through the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) approval process typically necessary to release food additives. Instead of the lengthy FDA process, the compound only has to be classified as "generally recognized as safe" (GRAS) by the Flavor and Extract Manufacturers Association – a process that can take as little as 18 months, with a mere 3 months of safety testing on rats.

As the New York Times wrote:

"Unlike artificial sweeteners, Senomyx's chemical compounds will not be listed separately on ingredient labels. Instead, they will be lumped into a broad category -- "artificial flavors" -- already found on most packaged food labels."

Embryonic Kidney Cells from Aborted Baby Used to Create Tastier Junk Foods

Senomyx boasts that they have "discovered or in-licensed many of the key receptors that mediate taste in humans." But what they don't state so plainly is that they used human embryonic kidney cells (HEK 293) taken from an electively aborted fetus in their product testing.

When this news leaked, Campbell soup responded to an outraged public by severing all ties with Senomyx. However, PepsiCo has maintained their relationship with the company, saying the collaboration is necessary for creating low-calorie, tasty products for their consumers.

Really?

Must they really use human fetal cells just to make tastier junk foods?

There are many reasons why you're better off choosing natural whole foods in lieu of processed alternatives, but one of the primary ones is that junk foods contain additives that increase your toxic load, which in turn may increase your tendency to develop cancer.

Cancer is, by and large, a man-made disease caused by a highly unnatural lifestyle and continuous exposures to excess chemicals, including chemicals in your food.

It's easy to forget that the processed, pre-packaged foods and fast food restaurants of today are actually a radical change in terms of the history of food production. The frozen food business didn't begin until the mid 1920's when the General Seafoods Company set up shop and began selling crudely frozen fish fillets, and fast food restaurants didn't get a foothold until after World War II.
