Israel newspaper publishes terms of ‘Deal of Century’

The main points of US President Donald Trump’s much-derided plan for the Middle East, the so-called “deal of the century,” were leaked by a Hebrew-language news outlet in Israel yesterday. Israel Hayom published the main points of the deal from a leaked document circulated by the Israeli Foreign Ministry.

The US has said it will reveal its deal after the Muslim month of fasting comes to an end in early June.

The main points of the agreement put together by Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner — who has extensive interests in Israel and its settlements — and proposed by the US administration are as follows:

A tripartite agreement will be signed between Israel, the PLO and Hamas, and a Palestinian state will be established that will be called “New Palestine” and will be established in the occupied West Bank and Gaza, with the exception of the settlements. Israel would release Palestinian prisoners gradually over the course of three years under the deal.

The settlement blocs in the occupied West Bank, which are illegal under international law, would form part of Israel.

Jerusalem will not be divided but is to be shared by Israel and the “New Palestine” with Israel maintaining general control.

Palestinians living in Jerusalem would be citizens of the Palestinian state but Israel would remain in charge of the municipality and therefore the land. The newly formed Palestinian state would pay taxes to the Israeli municipality in order to be in charge of education in the city for Palestinians.

The status quo at the holy sites will remain and Jewish Israelis will not be allowed to buy Palestinian houses and vice versa.

Egypt will offer the new Palestinian state land to build an airport, factories and for agriculture which will service the Gaza Strip. Palestinians will not be permitted to live on this land.

A highway would be built to connect the Gaza Strip to the West Bank 30 metres above Israel. Funding for the project will mainly come from China, which will pay 50 per cent of the cost, with South Korea, Australia, Canada, the US and EU each paying a ten per cent each.

Deal sponsors

The US, EU and Gulf states would fund and sponsor the deal for five years to establish the state of “New Palestine”, the leak claims.

This would be at a cost of $6 billion a year; the majority of which -70 per cent – would be paid by Gulf states, with the US contributing 20 per cent and the EU ten per cent.

“New Palestine” would not be allowed to form an army but could maintain a police force. Instead, a defence agreement will be signed between Israel and the “New Palestine” in which Israel would defend the new state from any foreign attacks.

Upon signing the agreement, Hamas will hand over all its weapons to Egypt. The movement’s leaders would be compensated and paid salaries by Arab states while a government is established.

Elections are expected to be held within one year of the establishment of the “New Palestine” state.

All borders between the Gaza Strip and Egypt and Israel would remain open to people and goods and Palestinians would be able to use Israeli air and seaports.

“New Palestine” will have two crossings into Jordan, these will be under the control of the “New Palestine” authorities.

The Jordan Valley will remain in Israel’s hands and a four-lane toll road will be built through it.

If Hamas or any Palestinian bodies refuse this deal, the US will cancel all of its financial support to the Palestinians and pressure other countries to do the same.

If, on the other hand, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas signs the deal but Hamas and Islamic Jihad do not agree to it, a war would be waged on the Gaza Strip with the full backing of the US.

However, if Israel refuses the deal the US would cease its financial support. The US currently pays $3.8 billion a year to support Israel.

Israeli Paper Claims to Have DETAILS of US 'DEAL OF CENTURY' For Middle East

US President Trump and his administration have been working on the so-called "deal of the century" for some time now, but few details have been leaked to the press about its contents. The White House promises that the deal will become a permanent solution to the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Israel Hayom newspaper claims to have obtained a draft of the American "deal of the century's" propositions to resolve the conflict between Israel and the Palestinian Authority that has allegedly been circulating around the Israeli Foreign Ministry. The document, leaked to the newspaper by an anonymous source, states that the agreement will be signed by three parties — Israel, the Palestinian Liberation Organisation (PLO) and the Hamas movement.

New State and Shared Capital

According to newspaper, the deal will suggest the creation of a Palestinian state on the lands of the West Bank and Gaza Strip that will be called "New Palestine". The document doesn't specify the political structure of a new state, but indicates that democratic elections will be held within a year after its creation to form a government, with each Palestinian receiving the right to cast a vote.

At the same time, Israeli settlements will remain under Tel Aviv's control with addition of several other settlements. Israel Hayom didn't specify the settlements that will be added.
Both Israel and New Palestine will use Jerusalem as their capital, the newspaper indicated, citing the plan. However, the city will not be divided, but instead "shared" by the both states. Jerusalem will still be controlled by the Israeli Jerusalem Municipality, but New Palestine will handle education, paying municipal taxes in return, the purported US deal said. The status quo in handling the holy sites in the city will remain in its current state.

Jerusalem's Arab population will reportedly become full-fledged citizens of New Palestine, as opposed to the existing system of permanent residency documents, which can become invalidated if a person leaves the city for a lengthy period of time. What is more, Israeli citizens won't be eligible to buy the homes of Palestinians and vice versa, the newspaper added.

The Fate of the Gaza Strip

According to the alleged deal, the Gaza Strip's borders with Israel and Egypt will be open for the flow of goods and citizens. What is more, a 30-metre-high "bridge" connecting the Gaza Strip and the West Bank will be built. Half of the bridge's construction will reportedly funded by China, while the other half will be equally funded by South Korea, Australia, Canada, the US, and EU.

Israel Hayom indicated, citing the document, that Egypt will lease New Palestine's lands near Gaza Strip within five years of the state's creation. The last is suggested to serve as a base for the construction of an airport, factories, as well as serve for commercial and agricultural activities. At the same time, the alleged deal says Palestinians won't be able to build houses on the leased land.

No Palestinian Military

The alleged American deal suggests that New Palestine will not have any army with police being the only force, armed with light weaponry. The document suggests that New Palestine and Israel will ink a defence agreement with the latter ensuring protection of the former from external aggression and will be paid in return.

At the same time, the alleged deal will demand all Hamas personnel to give up their weapons. Both Hamas and Israel will release their prisoners one year after the elections in New Palestine, the newspaper indicated, citing the document. Hamas members will continue to receive salaries from supporting states until their structure is replaced with a newly formed government, according to the alleged plan.

The US deal will reportedly suggest dividing the planned $30 billion investments needed for national projects in New Palestine for the first five years between the US, the EU and Gulf States with the latter paying 70% of it, as they will allegedly be the main beneficiaries from the deal.

What is notable, the allegedly leaked document indicates that the US will be ready to cancel all of its funding to the party, which violates the signed deal, be it Hamas or even Israel.

An anonymous senior White House official has refused to confirm the authenticity of Israel Hayom's document, calling it "speculative" and "inaccurate". The so-called "deal of the century", announced by Trump, has been in the works for some time, but few details have made it into the media, with Hayom's publication being the most detailed so far.

The newspaper indicates that many of the points in the document resonate with statements by Trump's Middle East advisor Jared Kushner, while at the same time it contradicts some of the previous leaks, which also haven't been confirmed by US officials.

The "deal of the century" is supposed to become a solution to the conflict between Palestinians and Israelis, which began with the creation of the Jewish state in1948. This conflict has led to several full-scale wars between Israel and its Arab neighbours. Although no wars against Israel are being waged right now, the Jewish state regularly reports being attacked by Hamas missiles coming from the territory of the Gaza Strip.

Israel’s UN Ambassador waves a bible at the Security Council

Israel’s UN Ambassador Danny Danon is now claiming the bible as proof to Israel’s fundamental right to all of Palestine.

During his speech at a UN Security Council meeting on Monday, Danon held up a bible at for all the ambassadors present to see and said, “This is our deed to our land.”

Danon is claiming ownership to all of Palestine, which he calls “Eretz Yisrael” at a time when the international community is worried about Netanyahu realizing his recent election promise to annex the occupied West Bank.

Such a religious, literally biblical claim, coming from a supposedly secular representative of a supposedly secular democratic state, put forth to a serious political world assembly, may seem bizarre, to say the least. But it is actually not new, nor isolated to the Israeli political right, which Danon belongs to (Likud). On January 8th, 1937, the New York Timesreported how David Ben Gurion was claiming the bible as a kind of deed to the land, in his testimony to the British Royal Peel Commission:

“We are coming to our own country by our own right of historic connection with the land – a right prior to the [British] Mandate… As a matter of fact, the bible is our mandate”, Ben Gurion said.

Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely has also used the bible as a direct claim for all of Palestine. Her motto: “This land is ours. All of it is ours. We did not come here to apologize for that”. A couple of years ago she waved an empty book at Palestinian lawmakers in the Knesset, saying that it’s their empty history, and that they are “thieves of history” (stealing it from the Jews, as it were).

Danon at the UN:

Israel seems to be hoping for another recognition of unilateral and flagrantly illegal annexation by US President Trump, as he did with Jerusalem and with the Syrian Jolan (Golan), as a means of legitimizing its criminality. And Trump might be unhinged enough to do this. But the rest of the international community, especially Europe, will see this as a definitive end to the ‘two-state solution’, which has been its means of portraying support for Israel as compatible with support for Palestinians, since a Palestinian state could, in theory, be a possibility on the horizon. Annexation would mean that this possibility is now flatly and officially rejected by Israel. This rejection would only be a confirmation of Netanayhu’s Likud platform from 1999, never rescinded, which says that “The Government of Israel flatly rejects the establishment of a Palestinian Arab state west of the Jordan river”.

Truth be told, neither did left governments ever intend an actual Palestinian state West of the Jordan River. It was always “less than a state”, as the late Prime Minister Rabin told the Knesset about the 1995 Oslo accords less than two months before he was assassinated.

So the game was played, just so that the expansionist status-quo could continue. But now Israel is desperate to get legitimacy for an actual de jure annexation, and there’s just no effective legal argument for it. An Israeli legal justification – maybe, because Israel legalizes whatever it covets, but not in international law. Hence – the bible.

Palestinian UN Ambassador warned the assembly that “Israel’s expansionist appetite is growing”. Indeed, and it is insatiable.

This historical resort to the bible is an indication of Israel’s desperation for legitimacy. When you don’t have any more claims that can have any meaning in modern international law, you resort to old books and old myths, in hope that someone will fall for it.

Meanwhile, the real story is about the continued Palestinian dispossession. And that’s one horror story that should keep us awake at night.

Israeli lobby in US wants to criminalize ‘disagreement with Jews’

The powerful Israeli lobby in the United States is pushing to criminalize a definition of anti-Semitism that labels whoever criticizes Jews as anti-Semite, says an American pundit.

Dr. E. Michael Jones, writer and editor of Culture Wars Magazine, made the remarks to Press TV on Monday.

He cited comments by Israel’s Ambassador to the United Nations Danny Danon, in which the envoy had said “the time for discussion is over. We need to make anti-Semitism a crime.”

“The Israeli lobby is now going to go with Danon and his proposal and they’re going to work to pass laws making anti-Semitism a crime,” Jones said.

“[In their idea] anti-Semitism is: Anyone who disagrees with a Jew. That means anyone who disagrees with a Jew can end up going to jail if these people succeed,” he said. ”The State of Florida has already passed a law making anti-Semitism a crime in schools or universities. This is the work of the Israeli lobby in the United States,” the expert added.

The lobby, officially known as the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), has been accused far and wide of historically manipulating the American domestic and foreign policy using tenacious financial links with American conglomerates and political elite.

The widely-reported manipulation has, over successive decades, taken place in tandem with the US’s unreserved support for the Israeli regime despite all its criminal and deadly violations. The support has seen the US using its veto power at the United Nations Security Council to stonewall almost every resolution that has tried to hold Tel Aviv accountable.

Jones also touched on Washington’s patronage for Tel Aviv, saying, “Every time, the Israelis unleash some types of vicious, disproportionate attack on the Palestinians in Gaza or the West Bank, the United States invariably says that they are acting out of self-defense.”

“The rest of the world, of course, disagrees. The United Nations just recently talked about the gunning down of women and children, Palestinian journalists, medical personnel…,” he added.

'Yes, We're Racists': Rabbis Recorded Endorsing Hitler, Urging to Enslave Arabs

An Israeli media outlet has released a series of undated recordings, in which two rabbis from a West Bank religious academy can be heard praising slavery, defending Adolf Hitler’s ideology and making racist comments while speaking about Jewish supremacy.

In a recording published by Channel 13 news, Rabbi Eliezer Kashtiel, the head of the Bnei David pre-military academy in the settlement of Eli in the West Bank, is telling a class that being a “slave to a Jew is the best”:

“The gentiles will want to be our slaves. Being a slave to a Jew is the best. They’re glad to be slaves, they want to be slaves. Instead of just walking the streets and being stupid and violent and harming each other, once they’re slaves, their lives can begin to take shapes”, Kashtiel said as cited by Channel 13.

According to the media outlet, the rabbi goes as far as to claim that Arabs want to “be under the occupation” due to what he described as “genetic problems” and promotes Jewish superiority.

“All around us, we are surrounded by peoples with genetic problems. Ask a simple Arab ‘where do you want to be?’ He wants to be under the occupation. Why? Because they have genetic problems, they don’t know how to run a country, they don’t know how to do anything. Look at them. Yes, we’re racists. We believe in racism… There are races in the world and people have genetic traits, and that requires us to try to help them. The Jews are a more successful race”.

In another video from the batch, Rabbi Giora Redler can be heard openly saying that Adolf Hitler was the most “correct person there ever was” during a lesson on the Holocaust and lamenting that the Fuhrer was simply “on the wrong side”.

“Let’s just start with whether Hitler was right or not. He was the most correct person there ever was, and was correct in every word he said… he was just on the wrong side. The real Holocaust was not when they murdered the Jews, that’s not it. All these excuses – that it was ideological or systematic – are nonsense. Humanism and the secular culture of ‘We believe in man’, that’s Holocaust”, Redler said, according to Channel 13.

The rabbis’ comments have drawn widespread outrage, with some lawmakers calling to cut off funding for the academy until Redler and Kashtiel are removed:

“This is not Judaism, and these are not our values. People who talk this way are not worthy of calling themselves rabbis… the state needs to stop funding this program until the racist rabbis are removed”, Yair Lapid, Blue and White Member of Knesset, said in a statement.

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) also denounced their remarks and called on the two to immediately apologise:

“We harshly condemn statements made by rabbis teaching at the Bnei David Yeshiva in the community of Eli. Rabbi Redler’s attempt to ascribe reason – not to say justification – to atrocities perpetrated by Hitler against the Jewish people is unconscionable. Statements made by Rabbi Kashitel regarding non-Jews, specifically Arabs, suggesting they are genetically inferior are disgraceful. Such words are especially grave coming from senior rabbis educating the next generation. We urge them to apologise without delay”.

After the undated clips emerged this week on TV, both Redler and Kashtiel admitted to having made the comments, but claimed that they were taken out of context.

Redler, for instance, said in a statement to Channel 13 that he was merely trying to “explain Hitler’s morbid logic”, while Kashtiel claimed that was “pained” that his “lesson on human rights” was misunderstood and misinterpreted.

This is not the first time that Bnei David teachers have found themselves at the epicentre of a nationwide controversy: last year, a video surfaced showing Rabbi Yosef Kelner telling students that women are “weak-minded” and have a reduced capacity for spirituality.

Back in 2017, Israel’s then-Defence Minister Avigdor Lieberman pledged to deprive the Eli-based academy of funding, but his effort was blocked by the attorney general for legal reasons. Lieberman’s move was prompted by remarks from Rabbi Yigal Levinstein, the co-founder of the academy, who spoke out against female conscription into combat roles in the IDF.

Globalist Pope Francis calls for new ‘supranational’ authorities that would to rule countries and enforce UN goals

Pope Francis made a strong new push for globalism on Thursday, calling for a supranational, legally constituted body to enforce United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals and implement “climate change” policies.

Speaking to members of the Pontifical Academy of Social Sciences in the Vatican’s Apostolic Palace, the Pope said: “When a supranational common good is clearly identified, there is need for a special legally constituted authority capable of facilitating its implementation.”

“Think of the great contemporary challenges of climate change, new slavery and peace,” he told members of the Pontifical Academy, who are meeting this week at the Vatican for a plenary session themed: “Nation, State, Nation-State.”

Featured speakers at the May 1-3 plenary include German Cardinal Walter Kasper, who spoke on: “Peace Stemming from Justice. Theological Reflections Between Men, Communities and Nations”; Archbishop Roland Minnerath of Dijon, France, who delivered the opening talk on day two, themed: “Nation, State, Nation-State and the Doctrine of the Catholic Church”; and German climatologist and founding director of the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact, Hans Joachim Schellnhuber, who addressed the Pontifical Academy on “The State of the World.”

In his address to the academy, the Pope said that while “the principle of subsidiarity” requires that “individual nations must be given the power to operate as far as they can reach,” nonetheless “groups of neighboring nations — as is already the case — can strengthen their cooperation by attributing the exercise of certain functions and services to intergovernmental institutions that manage their common interests.”

The thrust of the Pope’s remarks, however, focused on growing trends toward nationalism which he said threatens migrants, the “universal common good” and the power of the United Nations and other transnational bodies to implement the Sustainable Development Goal agenda.

The Church “has always exhorted men to love their own people and homeland,” he said. “At the same time,” he added, “the Church has warned persons, peoples and governments about deviations from this attachment when it is about excluding and hating others, when it becomes conflictual nationalism that builds walls, indeed even racism or anti-Semitism.”

“The Church observes with concern the re-emergence, almost everywhere in the world, of aggressive currents towards foreigners, especially immigrants, as well as that growing nationalism which neglects the common good,” Pope Francis continued.

“There is a risk of compromising already established forms of international cooperation, undermining the aims of international organizations as a space for dialogue and meeting for all countries on a level of mutual respect, and hindering the achievement of the sustainable development goals unanimously approved by the General Assembly of the United Nations on 25 September 2015,” he told members of the Pontifical Academy of Social Sciences.

SDGs: eliminating poverty or children?
Many are concerned that some of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), while billed as aimed at eliminating poverty, are really about eliminating children. “Reproductive health services” for example, which are referred to in the SDGs, are often a euphemism frequently employed to mean abortion in UN debates.

As Steven Mosher, Population Research Institute, explains:

Developing nations who adopt the SDGs will be pressured to legalize abortion, even though the word abortion never appears in the document. They will be told, falsely, that there is an “international consensus” that reproductive rights includes a right to abortion. They will be instructed that laws protecting the unborn violate this consensus and must be replaced with new laws permitting abortion on demand. And they will be threatened with the withholding of international aid unless they comply.

The suicidal Equality Act of 2019

The House Judiciary Committee has voted out the Equality Act of 2019. It now heads for a vote on the House floor with 240 co-sponsors, which means its passage is virtually certain.

The legislation amends all major civil rights law, including the 1964 Civil Rights Act, to include “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” along with race, sex and religion as classes that are protected from discrimination.

There is so much wrong here it is hard to know where to start.

My dictionary defines psychosis as “a severe mental disorder in which thought and emotions are so impaired that contact is lost with external reality.”

We now have a majority of members of Congress who are prepared to pass into law that the sex individuals are born with – their chromosomal and physical reality – will take a back seat to how those individuals choose to define their own sexual identity. Henceforth, we’ll be done with the idea that there is some objective reality independent of what of any particular individual decides it is.

I once complained that our society was denying morality – right and wrong. Now we’re beyond this. We’re denying reality in its entirety.

Please, read again the definition of psychosis. We’re simply going crazy.

My impulse is to turn to heaven and pray to our God to save us.

But even the reality of our God, to whom the signers of the Declaration of Independence in 1776 turned for “protection,” and to whom they pledged “our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor,” is widely being brought into question.

The situation is dangerous. Hopefully, this disaster will be stopped.

First, let’s appreciate that this is oppression dressed up in language of freedom and justice.

Religious freedom goes out the window if this bill becomes law.

It explicitly defines itself as overriding the Religious Freedom Restoration Act that can protect people, such as Christian baker Jack Phillips, from being forced to do commerce that violates their Christian convictions.

There will be no more legal protections for Christians in commerce or in any other circumstance to enable them to avoid complicity with behavior that for them is sin.

A bizarre list of behaviors will become legally protected and enshrined in a new America that will be the total antithesis of the ideals of liberty envisioned by its founders.

I will have to start to worry that my little granddaughter will encounter a man in the restroom who has a right to be there because he thinks he is a woman.

Under the guise of civil rights, our public schools will be forced to teach this sexual nihilism as truth, and teaching the traditional values that have held the American family together will become an actionable offense.

We’re talking about civil tyranny, not civil rights.

Civil rights law was designed to protect human dignity by preventing individuals from being reduced to pre-existing realities not connected to their personal choices, such as race. Now with this law, the sexual behavior they choose, and the sex they decide they are, will receive the same protections.

There is a spiritual as well as a legal price that we’re already starting to pay for this insanity.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports the U.S. birthrate is the lowest it has been in 30 years. The general fertility rate, the number of births per 1,000 women ages 15 to 44, dropped 3 percent from 2016 to 2017, to a record low.

The CDC also reports a 33 percent increase in the rate of suicide from 1999 to 2017.

The culture of meaninglessness, driving perverse legislation such as the Equality Act of 2019, will destroy us.

We must vigilantly fight to prevent it from passing into law, as we recall the words of historian Arnold Toynbee: “An autopsy of history would show that all great nations commit suicide.”

Democrats preparing ultimatum for people of faith

The Alliance Defending Freedom, a powerhouse of civil and religious rights advocacy, has joined other groups in denouncing the Equality Act proposed in the Democratic-majority House as a threat to faith.

“Essentially, the Equality Act gives people of faith an ultimatum: Change your faith-based practices or face government punishment,” wrote ADF’s Sarah Kramer.

WND reported it would amend the Civil Rights Act to prohibit discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity in employment, housing, public accommodations, public education, federal funding, credit and the jury system.

And it would specifically prevent Christians from relying on the Religious Freedom Restoration Act to uphold their religious rights.

Washington watchdog Judicial Watch has warned it would effectively eliminate single-sex “public multi-stall bathrooms, domestic violence or rape crisis shelters, drug rehabilitation centers, jails, juvenile detention facilities, homeless shelters, locker rooms or group showers.”

The Equality Act also was criticized by leaders such as James Dobson of the James Dobson Family Institute.

He warned, “Make no mistake – the so-called Equality Act is nothing but a thinly veiled attempt to finish off religious liberty in America once and for all, which ought to be plainly obvious based upon a cursory reading of the First Amendment.”

Rep. Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., said during congressional discussion that religious rights protected by the First Amendment never should be used as a defense in a conflict with LGBT rights.

ADF said that while “equality” may “sound nice to some ears, this bill actually poses a devastating and unprecedented threat to religious freedom and the progress that women have made toward true equal treatment in law and culture.”

“This would prohibit employers, individuals who rent out apartments in their homes, preschools, and even religious schools and organizations from making choices based on basic biology, bodily privacy, and their beliefs about the nature of marriage,” ADF said.

ADF cited cases in Alaska over a man’s use of a women’s shelter and a Pennsylvania student’s demand to use public school showers of the opposite sex.

It also, ADF contended, would destroy Title IX, which was meant to prevent discrimination against women in education, including sports.

ADF noted that at a Connecticut state track meet, two biological males identifying as girls beat out the female competitors in several events, taking first and second place.

“In fact, these males have taken medals from girls in meet after meet. As one girl said, ‘Why even try?’ In Alaska, the same happened – a biological male competed as a girl at the state championship and won,” ADF said.

The Equality Act, ADF added, also would overrule the authority of churches and religious nonprofits over employees with opposing views of marriage and morality.

And it would would threaten religious foster care and adoption agencies, and creative professionals and business owners who live and work according to their beliefs, the analysis said.

Kramer said the Equality Act would also force individuals to speak messages that violate their beliefs under the threat of punishment.

“Dr. Nicholas Meriwether was punished by Shawnee State University for declining to refer to a male student by female pronouns. He offered to refer to the student by first or last name only, in order to respect both the student and his own beliefs, but this did not satisfy the University, which still punished him.”

The Equality Act, Judicial Watch warns, provides no exemption for churches or religious groups.

“Religion is no excuse for discrimination when it comes to sexual orientation or gender identity,” Nadler declared.

Dobson said: “I wish I could say I was shocked to see the speed with which Speaker Pelosi and House Democrats have brought to committee the sweet sounding but entirely treacherous Equality Act. This decision demonstrates a frightening willingness by those on the left to advance a radical social agenda at a time when our nation already faces so many other divisive challenges.

“Simply put, by creating a protected class of citizens out of the LGBT community, this bill places Christians who believe in traditional marriage at grave legal and civil jeopardy,” said Dobson.

“This bill literally sets the stage for setting up the Bible as prohibited material where it addresses homosexuality,” Liberty Counsel said.

The Heritage Foundation said employers, workers, medical professionals, parents, children, women and nonprofit organizations all would be harmed by the plan.

‘Political correctness’ drives global persecution & ‘genocide’ of Christians – UK

Christians are the most persecuted of any religious group and face near-genocidal levels of oppression in some parts of the world, says a report commissioned by the UK Foreign Office.

Prepared by Reverend Philip Mounstephen, the Bishop of Truro and an Anglican missionary, the reportestimated that one in three people worldwide experience some form of religious oppression, finding Christians are the most widely targeted group.

“Evidence shows not only the geographic spread of anti-Christian persecution, but also its increasing severity,”said the report, adding that “in some regions, the level and nature of persecution is arguably coming close to meeting the international definition of genocide.”

British Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt, who commissioned the study last year, said on Friday that “political correctness” played a role in the abuses, slamming governments around the world for being “asleep” on the issue.

“What we have forgotten in that atmosphere of political correctness is actually the Christians that are being persecuted are some of the poorest people on the planet,” said Hunt.

The report focuses on faith-based persecution in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Latin America – notably excluding Europe and North America.

“I think there is a misplaced worry that it is somehow colonialist to talk about a religion that was associated with colonial powers rather than the countries that we marched into as colonisers,” said Hunt, apparently wishing to forestall any discussion of Britain’s colonial presence in many of the regions mentioned in the report, and its role in stoking sectarian tensions. Britain administered much of the Middle East after the First World War, for example, as well as present-day India and Pakistan.

According to the Bishop of Truro, followers of Christ are at risk of being “wiped out” in the birthplace of Christianity. From 20 percent of the population in the Middle East and North Africa a century ago, that figure has fallen to just 4 percent today.

Unfortunately, the word “invasion” does not appear in the interim report even once – as in, the 2003 invasion of Iraq by the US-UK “coalition of the willing.” The invasion and occupation unleashed sectarian violence – including the rise of Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) in Iraq and Syria. The report does note that the number of Iraqi Christians fell from 1.5 million “before 2003” to about 120,000 at the present, and in Syria from 1.7 million in 2011 to below 450,000 today.

With the UK and its NATO allies favoring “regime change” in Damascus, however, it is politically incorrect to point out that Syrian Christians are safe in territories controlled by the Syrian government, but persecuted in parts of the country under control of Western-backed “moderate” rebels such as the “Army of Islam” or “Front for Conquest.”

Yet the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office has been at the forefront of granting asylum in the UK to “White Helmets.” Those so-called civil defense units operate exclusively in areas controlled by Islamist militants, where Christians are most endangered.

Acquitted 'blasphemer' Bibi flees to Canada

After more than six months in protective custody from radical Muslims following the overturning of her death sentence for “blasphemy” against Muhammad, Pakistani Christian Asia Bibi has fled to Canada, according to her lawyer.

A Pakistani court convicted Bibi in 2009 of insulting Islam’s prophet. She spent eight years on death row before her conviction was overturned in October by the Supreme Court. But radical Muslims calling for her death immediately took to the streets, some searching house-to-house to carry out what they viewed as unfulfilled justice under Islamic law. In January, the Supreme Court upheld its October decision in a review that was part of a deal the government struck with the Tehreek-e-Labbaik party, whose members sought to kill her. Her exit from the country, however, was blocked by the army amid continued threats.

On Tuesday, an official in Islamabad confirmed to Fox News that Bibi, 54, left Pakistan for Canada. Her lawyer, Saif-ul Malook, said she had already arrived in Canada to be reunited with her daughters.

British Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt tweeted,
“Fantastic news that Asia Bibi appears to have left Pakistan safely.”

Hunt said he was about to meet U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo “to talk about persecution of Christians around the world.”

WND reported Hunt told the U.K. Parliament earlier in April the British government was negotiating her freedom.

Bibi was convicted in 2010 under section 295-C of Pakistan’s penal code, which punishes blasphemy against Islam’s prophet. She was sentenced to execution by hanging.

Supreme Court: ‘concocted’ story

Her problems began when, according to her testimony, Muslim co-workers refused to drink water from a cup from which she had taken a sip and demanded she convert to Islam. Her refusal, she said, prompted a mob to later allege she had insulted Muhammad.

The Supreme Court ruled Oct. 31 that the basis of the blasphemy charge was a “concocted” story and overturned the guilty verdict.

After her release from Multan, Pakistan’s women prison on Nov. 7, Bibi was flown to Islamabad and taken to an undisclosed place amid tight security.

Following her acquittal and the death threats, Bibi’s supporters asked the United States to grant her asylum after she apparently was rejected by Britain.

As WND reported, an advocate for Bibi in the United Kingdom said the British government turned her down because her entry would cause unrest among Muslims and pose a security threat to British embassies in the Muslim world.

The White House and the American Center for Law and Justice, which fought for Bibi’s freedom for more than four years, have declined to comment regarding Bibi’s asylum appeal. ACLJ Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow, President Trump’s personal lawyer, was a key advocate for American pastor Andrew Brunson, who was released from a Turkish prison last month.

‘Appeasement only provides oxygen’

While no one has been executed by the Pakistani government for blasphemy, at least 65 people accused of the “crime” have been murdered by Muslim vigilantes since 1990.

CNS News noted that since 2006, the government has engaged in various agreements to appease the Islamic party TLP that have ended in failure, including withdrawing troops from certain areas, pardoning terrorists and allowing Shariah, or Islamic law, zones.

Wilson Chowdhry of the British Pakistani Christian Association said he was not surprised the Pakistani government “has caved in to extremists – this is a commonly recurring socio-political trend in Pakistan.”

“Politicians have historically been hijacked by either the extremist groups within the nation or the military, this situation is simply the status quo as far as I am concerned,” he said.

In a column in Dawn, security analyst Muhammad Amir Rana wrote: “State appeasement only provides oxygen to extremist groups, increasing their bargaining power.”

CNN promotes adults who ‘transition’ from human species to identify as mermaids

April 30, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) — The past several years have seen an uptick in people who “identify” as members of the opposite sex, different ages, and even other species, and now apparently mythical creatures.

CNN recently published a profile on the global trend of “mermaiding,” through which one wears custom mermaid tails over his legs for gatherings, photography, swimming, and even conventions.

“I got this revelation that, oh my God, if I had so much fun swimming in a tail when I was 26, I'm sure that there are other people in Israel and girls and kids that would love it,” said Shir Katzenell, an Israeli sociology graduate and mother of two who began a “professional mermaid” business that hosts parties, photo shoots, and mermaid swimming classes.

“What [Associated Press photographer Oded Balilty] wanted to show is that we are very much normal people with normal lives,” she added. “We have kids, we have pets, we have hobbies, we have jobs and we also enjoy mermaiding. And that is a concept I love so much.”

“I chose to photograph them in their homes because the personal environment can tell us a lot about the person,” Balilty explained. “I thought that would be the best place. They meet more online, on Facebook and social media, than actually in the water, so it felt more natural.”

Mermaid tails alone are a world of their own, with some enthusiasts making their own out of Lycra or spandex while others spend potentially hundreds or thousands of dollars on neoprene or silicone tails.

This summer, California will see its fifth annual Mermaid Convention, featuring swim sessions, modeling workshops, speakers, scavenger hunts, photo shoots, and musical performances to “‘shell’ibrate everything mermaid.”

For some, there’s also an environmental angle. In 2016, the Daily Wirequoted Hannah Fraser as saying that mermaiding helps her create “images that show a connection and symbiotic relationship between humans and animals,” so “people can find they can approach the ocean in an entirely different way: without fear."

But while many mermaiding enthusiasts see it as nothing more than a hobby, others speak of it using rhetoric similar to that of gender activists who believe that self-perception should trump one’s physical reality.

“It’s my thing, it’s unique, it’s who I am,” said Udi Frige, who compared his mermaiding to a homosexual or gender-confused person coming out of the closet. “It requires lots of difficult explanation, especially if people don’t know me.”

Yuval Avrami said “transgender” friends exposed him to the subculture, which fascinated him because it seemed to offer “the transition from one species to another, the ability to inhabit a new, magical identity.”

“I do feel like my tail is a part of me, and I do actually feel like it is a prosthetic limb,” mermaid enthusiast Caitlin Nielsen told the Daily Mail in 2017. “I sometimes joke that I wear a prosthetic because I was born with a terrible birth defect — which is legs[.] … Being a mermaid, I don’t feel that I’m hiding anything; I really do feel like I’m being the true me.”

The eagle has conveniently forgotten that the original, Ancient Silk Road linked the dragon with the Roman empire for centuries – with no interlopers outside of Eurasia...

Once upon a time, deep into the night in selected campfires across the deserts of Southwest Asia, I used to tell a fable about the eagle, the bear and the dragon – much to the amusement of my Arab and Persian interlocutors.

It was about how, in the young 21stcentury, the eagle, the bear and the dragon had taken their (furry) gloves off and engaged in what turned out to be Cold War 2.0.

As we approach the end of the second decade of this already incandescent century, perhaps it’s fruitful to upgrade the fable. With all due respect to Jean de la Fontaine, excuse me while I kiss the (desert) sky again.

Long gone are the days when a frustrated bear repeatedly offered to cooperate with the eagle and its minions on a burning question: nuclear missiles.

The bear repeatedly argued that the deployment of interceptor missiles and radars in that land of the blind leading the blind – Europe – was a threat. The eagle repeatedly argued that this is to protect us from those rogue Persians.

Now the eagle – claiming the dragon is getting an easy ride – has torn down every treaty in sight and is bent on deploying nuclear missiles in selected eastern parts of the land of the blind leading the blind, essentially targeting the bear.

All That Glitters is Silk

Roughly two decades after what top bear Putin defined as “the greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the 20thcentury”, he proposed a form of USSR light; a political/economic body called the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).

The idea was to have the EAEU interact with the EU – the top institution of the motley crew congregated as the blind leading the blind.

The eagle not only rejected the possible integration; it came up with a modified color revolution scenario to unplug Ukraine from the EAEU.

Even earlier than that, the eagle had wanted to set up a New Silk Road under its total control. The eagle had conveniently forgotten that the original, Ancient Silk Road linked the dragon with the Roman empire for centuries – with no interlopers outside of Eurasia.

So one can imagine the eagle’s stupor when the dragon irrupted on the global stage with its own super-charged New Silk Roads – upgrading the bear original idea of a free trade area “from Lisbon to Vladivostok” to a multi-connectivity corridor, terrestrial and maritime, from eastern China to western Europe and everything in between, spanning the whole of Eurasia.

Facing this new paradigm the blind, well, remained blind for as long as anyone could remember; they simply could not get their act together.

The eagle, meanwhile, was incrementally raising the stakes. It launched what amounted for all practical purposes to a progressively weaponized encirclement of the dragon.

The eagle made a series of moves that amount to inciting nations bordering the South China Sea to antagonize the dragon, while repositioning an array of toys – nuclear submarines, aircraft carriers, fighter jets – closer and closer to the dragon’s territory.

All the time, what the dragon saw – and continues to see – is a battered eagle trying to muscle its way out of an irreversible decline by trying to intimidate, isolate and sabotage the dragon’s irreversible ascent back to where it has been for 18 of the past 20 centuries; enthroned as the king of the jungle.

A key vector is that Eurasia-wide players know that under the new laws of the jungle the dragon simply can’t – and won’t – be reduced to the status of a supporting actor. And Eurasia-wide players are too smart to embark on a Cold War 2.0 that will undermine Eurasia itself.

The eagle’s reaction to the dragon’s New Silk strategy took some time to swing from inaction to outright demonization – complementing the joint description of both the dragon and the bear as existential threats.

And yet, for all the spinning crossfire, Eurasia-wide players are not exactly impressed anymore with an eagle empire armed to its teeth. Especially after the eagle’s crest was severely damaged by failure upon hunting failure in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Syria. Eagle aircraft carriers patrolling the eastern part of Mare Nostrum are not exactly scaring the bear, the Persians and the Syrians.

A “reset” between the eagle and the bear was always a myth. It took some time – and much financial distress – for the bear to realize there won’t be any reset, while the dragon only saw a reset towards open confrontation.

After establishing itself, slowly but surely, as the most advanced military power on the planet, with hypersonic know-how, the bear came to a startling conclusion: we don’t care anymore about what the eagle says – or does.

Under the Raging Volcano

Meanwhile, the dragon kept expanding, inexorably, across all Asian latitudes as well as Africa, Latin America and even across the unemployment-infested pastures of the austerity-hit blind leading the blind.

The dragon is firmly assured that, if cornered to the point of resorting to a nuclear option, it holds the power to make the eagle’s staggering deficit explode, degrade its credit rating to junk, and wreak havoc in the global financial system.

No wonder the eagle, under an all-enveloping paranoid cloud of cognitive dissonance, feeding state propaganda 24/7 to its subjects and minions, keeps spewing out lava like a raging volcano – dispensing sanctions to a great deal of the planet, entertaining regime change wet dreams, launching a total energy embargo against the Persians, resurrecting the “war on terra”, and aiming to punishlike a Bat Out Of Intel Hell any journalist, publisher or whistleblower revealing its inner machinations.

It hurts, so bad, to admit that the political/economic center of a new multipolar world will be Asia – actually Eurasia.

As the eagle got more and more threatening, the bear and the dragon got closer and closer in their strategic partnership. Now both bear and dragon have too many strategic links across the planet to be intimidated by the eagle’s massive Empire of Bases or those periodic coalitions of the (somewhat reluctant) willing.

To match comprehensive, in-progress Eurasia integration, of which the New Silk Roads are the graphic symbol, the eagle’s fury, unleashed, has nothing to offer – except rehashing a war against Islam coupled with the weaponized cornering of both bear and dragon.

Then there’s Persia – those master chess players. The eagle has been gunning for the Persians ever since they got rid of the eagle’s proconsul, the Shah, in 1979 – and this after the eagle and perfidious Albion had already smashed democracy to place the Shah, who made Saddam look like Gandhi, in power in 1953.

The eagle wants all that oil and natural gas back – not to mention a new Shah as the new gendarme of the Persian Gulf. The difference is now the bear and the dragon are saying No Way. What is the eagle to do? Set up the false flag to end all false flags?

This is where we stand now. And once again, we reach the end – though not the endgame. There’s still no moral to this revamped fable. We continue to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune. Our only, slim hope is that a bunch of Hollow Men obsessed by the Second Coming won’t turn Cold War 2.0 into Armageddon.

The Lies That Form Our Consciousness and False Historical Awareness

My generation associated dystopias, such as George Orwell’s 1984, with the Soviet Union, a country in which explanations were controlled and criticism of Stalin would land a person in the Gulag. We thought of the United States and our life here much differently. But with the passage of time the difference between life in the Soviet Union in the 20th century and life in the Western world today is disappearing. Today, the journalist Julian Assange is undergoing the same kind of state terror and torture as any Soviet dissident, if not worse. The Western media is as controlled as the Soviet media, with print, TV, and public radio serving as a propaganda ministry for government and the interest groups that control government. Social media, such as Facebook and Twitter are systematically denying their platforms to those who express views not supportive of the ruling order and its agendas. It has turned out to be easy to get rid of the First Amendment guarantee of free speech as the media have neither the ability nor the intention of exercising it.

It was a mistake for my generation to associate Orwell’s Memory Hole and falsified history only with fictional or real dystopias. Falsified history was all around us. We just didn’t know enough to spot it. What living and learning has taught me is that history tends to always be falsified, and historians who insist on the truth suffer for it. It has been established that many of the ancient historians are unreliable, because they were “court historians” who sought material benefit by writing to please a ruler. In my time many an historian has written for income from book sales by enthralling the public with tales of glorious victories over demonized enemies that justified all the sons, grandsons, brothers, fathers, uncles, husbands, friends, and cousins who were sacrificed for the sake of capitalist armaments profits. No publisher wanted a truthful account that no one would buy because of the stark portrayal of the pointlessness of the deaths of loved ones. Everyone, or almost so, wants to think that their loss was for a noble cause and was “worth it.”

With few exceptions, English speaking historians have put the blame for both world wars on Germany. This is false history. The first real historian of World War I, or what was called at the time the Great War or the World War, was Harry Elmer Barnes. Barnes was Professor of Historical Sociology at Smith College and the William Bayard Cutting Fellow in History at Columbia University. His book, The Genesis of the World War, was published in 1926 by Alfred A. Knopf in New York.

Instead of covering up, as expected, the allied crimes and treachery against Germany, Barnes told the truth. The German Kaiser, a relative of the British and Russian royal families, was known throughout the world as a peacemaker, praised by the New York Times for that role. It is a known and indisputable fact that the German government acted for peace until Germany, the last power to mobilize, had to mobilize or be overrun by Russia and France, who were allied with the British against Germany. Never before in history has the very last power to mobilize been blamed for starting a war. But facts never get in the way of court historians.

The genesis of the war was the desire on the part of two of the Russian Tsar’s ministers for Constantinople and the French president for territory, Alsace-Lorraine, lost to Germany in the 1870 Franco-Prussian war. These schemers used Austria’s response to the assassination of the Austrian archduke in Serbia, which they likely orchestrated, to declare war as Germany was the protector of the Austrian-Hungarian Empire.

American president Woodrow Wilson secured an armistice to the World War, which had senselessly destroyed millions of lives, by promising Germany that if she agreed to an armistice, there would be no territorial losses for Germany and no reparations. When Germany agreed to the armistice, it was Germany that occupied territories of the opposing camp. There were no foreign troops on German territory.

As soon as Germany disengaged, the British put into effect a food blockade that forced starving Germans to submit to the exploitative Versailles Treaty that violated every promise that President Wilson had made.

Some intelligent people, including the most famous economist of the 20th century, John Maynard Keynes, said that the Versailles Treaty, an exercise in coverup for who caused the war, guaranteed a future war. And they, not the grasping corrupt establishment, were right.

For his truth-telling efforts, Harry Elmer Barnes was declared by the court historians to be a German agent paid to write a false history. As Barnes’ voice was greatly outnumbered, the history of the Great War remained, for most, falsified throughout the 20th century.

Barnes was vindicated in 2014 when Christopher Clark at Cambridge University published The Sleepwalkers: How Europe Went to War in 1914. Clark added to Barnes’ evidence that the Great War resulted from a plot by two Russian government ministers and the president of France to steal coveted territority from Germany and Turkey.

But one hundred years after the war who is around to care? All the people who died in the war as well as their bereaved families who suffered from the plot of three evil men are dead and gone. The consciousness of the world has already been distorted by a century of false history, a false history that set up Germany for blame again, this time for World War II.

China Releases Social Credit System Music Video

An offshoot of the Chinese Communist Youth League published a video featuring Chinese celebrities promoting the nation’s totalitarian social credit system to young people, urging them to give “thumbs up to integrity,” Australia’s ABC News reported on Wednesday.

The music video, titled, “Live Up to Your Word,” features a variety of Chinese actors and musicians who cater to young audiences, including 24-year-old actor Xu Weizhou, popular boy band member Wang Yuan, and romantic comedy star Wei Daxun.

Beginning with a heavy guitar riff reminiscent of early 2000s American punk-pop, the video features its stars in various public settings encouraging the listener to participate in communist society as the Party decrees, whether at school, in the workplace, or playing sports. The stars lead business meetings, study in libraries, and grocery shop, the implicit message of the video being that only by obeying the Party can a young person have access to the necessary resources to participate in society.

According to ABC News’ translation, the lyrics urge the viewer to “be a trustworthy youth.”

“Let’s give the thumbs up to integrity, and unite in building Credit China together,” the video suggests. “Live every day carefully.”

“Although the lyrics don’t specifically mention the Social Credit System (SCS), actors and singers are seen demonstrating how to be a trustworthy citizen in a range of scenarios such as shopping at an unmanned store, renting a shared bike, reading at a public library, and finalising a business deal,” the ABC report notes.

The video is reportedly a production of China Youth Credit Action, a campaign to promote the social credit system supervised by the Communist Youth League. The Youth League is responsible for recruiting young communists, ensuring that young people do not deviate away from communist values, and controlling nearly every aspect of the lives of its members. The group has worked to promote banning participation in Western festivities such as Christmas, and launched a dating service in 2017 to promote marriage and reproduction among communists (and, presumably, to keep communists from falling in love with unauthorized persons who may hold alternative points of view).

The social credit system is an all-encompassing control method in which the government assigned a numerical value to the “credit” of a person to society. The number is based on both loyalty to the Party and general courtesy in public – both political dissidence and general misbehavior, such as littering or jaywalking, could hurt a person’s score. The consequences of a low score make it harder for a person to participate in society by limiting access to flights, trains, and public transportation or depriving people of access to government services.

The system will not fully go into place until 2020, so the government has begun publishing promotional material for it now. It is currently partially operational, however, and blockedChinese citizens from buying 23 million airplane and train tickets as of March 2019.

On Thursday, the Chinese state-run Global Times newspaper reported that the Communist Party is considering adding unpaid parking tickets to the metric that determines a person’s credit score. The article discusses traditional financial credit scores but states that the People’s Bank of China (PBC) is working to integrate its credit system into a government-controlled “personal credit score.” It quotes a Chinese professor promoting the use of all human behavior to determine a financial credit score.

“Dong Dengxin, director of the Financial Securities Institute at the Wuhan University of Science and Technology, told the Global Times on Wednesday that it is important to establish a comprehensive credit system, rather than a one-sided database that only focuses on financial activities, in order to regulate social behavior,” the newspaper reports, noting that Dong believes this system is not possible without having strict privacy protection in place so that only the repressive Communist Party has access to the information.

The Global Times also ran a column Wednesday by a senior PBC official urging the establishment of a credit score for local governments, so that the national Communist Party can keep them under tight control.

“Government credibility is an important part of establishing a social credit system, which should supervise government activities and debt risks,” the article argued.

Of course no discussion on this topic would be complete without a mention of Fukushima in which the government changed its threshold of safe radiation and increased it by a factor of 10 following the Fukushima meltdown. Some estimates place the radiation levels at 50,000 times the previous levels. Ocean life and soon to be human life are going extinct in the path of the radiation cloud and the danger is nowhere close to being over. And let’s not forget about Gardasil, VIOXX, the quarter of million of us that will die to due to managed healthcare restrictions on treatment protocols in hospitals. All the evidence, all radiation, all the damage and the FDA continues to remain silent. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is the prostitute for Monsanto. For a chance at career advancement, the officials at the FDA have sold the country’s health interests, and even their own family’s health interests, down the proverbial river.

Our tap water, often toilet to tap is not fit to drink and anyone that does so risks cancer and heart disease. This viewpoint has gained an important ally. Even the mainstream media is reporting on this travesty.

Then there is the concept of "death by doctor" which kills at least 800,000 Americans each year, mostly due to the FDA. Here is just one small aspect of this problem

Despite numerous FDA regulations, death from adverse drug reactions is still one of the leading causes of death in the U.S., killing at least 106,000 yearly!

Most of these deaths are from EXPECTED adverse reactions because they are an extension of the drugs’ actions. A mere 6 percent of all adverse drug reactions are properly identified.

As a result, the mortality rate for people between ages 45-64 who took their prescription drugs correctly rose 90 percent in just five years!

Even if you check the labels or not, the safety of the products you consume has been compromised by the very agency assigned to protect them!

However, we not just talking about medications which pose a threat to America, we are also talking about a growing segment of our food supply.

French Research Scientists Condemn GMO’s and Their Related Health Effects

As Prime Minister, Jean-Marc Ayrault, once said he was prepared to call for a wider European ban on genetically modified produce following an alarming new study that throws the safety of the food into doubt. The European report, based upon a French study on GMO’s and their health effects on rats, claimed that 200 rats fed GM corn produced by Monsanto had suffered the growth of life-threatening tumors the size of ping-pong balls. Monsanto has been strangely silent on the matter.

However, French scientist, Joel Spiroux, has called for new rules on GMO foods as he stated “Current regulation tests are conducted over three months, but the really serious diseases, such as the death of rats due to tumors, occur only in the fourth month. “Therefore these tests give no real information about the effects of genetically modified food on health over a lifetime.” Yet, the FDA will not force Monsanto to label so people can make an informed choice. The lesson here is simple, the American people have found one more government agency that is in the hip pocket of a corporate oligarchical structure as the FDA cannot be trusted to carry out its mandate to protect the American people.

Conclusion

American diabetes rates, cancer rates and obesity rates are skyrocketing in comparison to the rest of the world where GMO foods are labeled and can be avoided, but not in America where GMO foods do not have to be identified. This is all courtesy of the FDA.

The FDA needs to be abolished and we need to establish local control over healthcare and environmental safety because the federal government cannot be trusted.

Nigel Farage has branded Theresa May the most dishonest Prime Minister of his lifetime over her handling of the country's exit from the EU.

The leader of the burgeoning Brexit Party said that Mrs May had promised many times that the UK would leave the bloc following the 2016 referendum vote.

But speaking on Good Morning Britain today, he slammed her failure to secure an exit and said the only reason she still leads the Conservatives is because 'Tory MPs have not got the backbone to get rid of her'.

'She is without doubt not just the worst Prime Minister in my lifetime, but the most dishonest as well,' he told presenters Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid.

Farage said that he doesn't think 'Westminster gets how angry this country is' over the fact that Brexit has not yet materialised.

His remarks come as parties prepare to battle it out in the EU elections later this month after Mrs May failed to break the Brexit deadlock and negotiate a deal in talks with the Labour Party.

He accused the Prime Minister of 'pretending' to go for a free trade deal with the EU but said her agreement still bound us to the bloc.

His party advocates leaving the EU without a deal and using World Trade Organisation rules in the immediate aftermath.

Farage said that the Tories doing a deal with Labour to ensure a customs union is in place after Brexit would be a 'complete betrayal'.

Susanna Reid suggested that there is division over what deal is adopted because people who backed leaving didn't necessarily vote to leave without an arrangement in place.

When Farage was challenged on what people voted for in the EU Referendum, he repeatedly said: 'They voted to leave.'

He also slammed Ukip's inclusion of Carl Benjamin - aka Sargon of Akkad - as a candidate for the EU elections on May 23.

Benjamin hit headlines for saying he 'wouldn't even rape' Labour MP Jess Philips and police are now investigating for joking that he 'might'. Farage branded the comments 'vile'.

Addressing his candidacy and the use of Tommy Robinson as an adviser, Farage said: 'I warned them last year, repeatedly, do not let the lunatic fringe, the criminal fringe into the party. The sooner this election's over with and Ukip closes down, the better it will be.'

Farage's party has soared into a nine-point poll lead ahead of the May 23 elections and looks certain to steal seats from the Tories.

Mrs May face criticism for considering being part of a customs union with the EU as she discussed the possibility with Labour.

This risks Britain being unable to strike its own trade deals, which could cause a backlash that might cost the votes of more Conservative MPs than she gains from Jeremy Coybn's party. If the offer was voted down, it could split the Tories.

I was disappointed the 1922 Tory Leadership Committee refused to give May the boot last month.

Under party rules, a leadership challenge can only happen once in 365 days. May survived a challenge in December.

Months ago I proposed a rules change. The leadership committee met to discuss that action, but came to the wrong conclusion.

The Independent reported 80% of Conservative supporters want Theresa May to stand down before next general election, survey finds.

Despite that unprecedented sentiment, May still hangs on. However, the 1922 committee is reconsidering after devastating local elections were Tories were clobbered. Even Labour lost seats, but only a handful.

The message is "deliver Brexit".

EU Parliament Elections

The Guardian Live Blog reports today that Theresa May and Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn failed to reach agreement in time to stop European Parliament elections.

Theresa May “deeply regrets” that Britain will have to take part in European elections on 23 May, and is pinning her hopes on completing the Brexit process in time to avoid MEPs having to take their seats.

New Brexit Target Date

Theresa May now targets July 1 as the New Brexit Date for Britain Leaving the EU.

May originally said Britain would leave on March 29, then April 12, and then May 22 - the eve of the European elections.

Although the elections will be held, May now hopes, as does the EU that the MPs will not take their seats when the new parliament meets in July.

1922 Committee Meets Again

Earlier today, the 1922 Committee of backbench MPs, led by Sir Graham Brady, met to discuss May's future.

A source would not comment on the meeting, though it was understood to have included discussions on setting a detailed timetable for when May would step down as Conservative leader.

However, a group of avid remainer fools coupled with Theresa May's incompetent leadership threaten a Brexit outcome.

There was further talk today of another referendum if May cannot reach a deal with Corbyn. This is just what the remainers want.

The outcome would depend on the wording of the referendum. Suppose it was May's deal, no deal, or remain. Those wanting to remain would vote in a block. The rest of the vote would be split.

However, it is highly likely that the EU, led by France would not be willing to wait long enough for such a referendum to take place.

FCC warns about 'one ring' robocall scam: Do not call numbers back

Don't call back phone numbers that ring once and hang up, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has warned.

People throughout the U.S. have been receiving "One Ring" or "Wangiri" robocalls in bursts, according to officials. The calls are targeting specific area codes "often calling multiple times in the middle of the night."

"These calls are likely trying to prompt consumers to call the number back, often resulting in per minute toll charges similar to a 900 number," the agency said in a news release on Friday. "Consumers should not call these numbers back."

Typically, officials have said this is how the scam unfolds: The robocaller will dial a number before hanging up after one to two rings. They might do this repeatedly, "hoping the consumer calls back and runs up a toll that is largely paid to the scammer."

Hiya, the app company that helps people identify whether they're receiving a spam call, also warned of the dangers of picking up the "Wangiri" calls in a news release on Friday.

The company, which claims to analyze more than 13 billion calls per month, stated that the scam started appearing in the U.S. around 2013, and has increased both in the U.S. and other countries, like Ireland, Scotland and Germany, since.

The scam increased 98 percent in Q1, according to Hiya data, which also found that a spike in calls has been linked to Sierra Leone, a country in West Africa.

Based on areas codes, Hiya said that the top locations being scammed with "One Ring" calls are Tulsa, Oklahoma; Southeastern Louisiana; Northeast Texas; Westchester County, New York; Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and Memphis, Tennessee.

Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Worcester, Massachusetts; Roanoke, Virginia; and Dallas, Texas, have also seen high numbers of spam calls, according to Hiya.
